Maeser Master Services

Rodney was on time. He and his apprentice went right to work and stay at it until it was completed and cleaned up. Rodney changed his time off to get this job done as quickly as possible. I would recommend both Rodney and Maeser Master Services to everyone l know.

Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He encouraged questions and was happy to teach. I would have no reservations about using this company again, in fact I think we will only be using Maeser for all plumbing issues.

A great organization!

Maeser Plumbing is very reliable and dependable. We had a major problem with our toilets and plumbing pipes. It was my parents’ house so we didn’t know where the septic tank was. Taylor found were the pipes exited the house, Tyler used a camera to try to locate the septic tank, but he ran into a roadblock. Andrew and Rodney came to the rescue, and they are working today to solve my problem. All employees that were sent were knowledgeable in their field. I have confidence that this problem will be solved. I would recommend Maeser.

Excellent quality work installing kitchen faucet, shower head, and reseating a toilet quickly and professionally. Cleaned up areas when jobs were completed. Polite, efficient, and helpful.

Customer for years. I have been waiting for over a month for a part to be ordered to repair my AC and have had no contact from Maeser. Everytime I call, a person from dispatch states that they will have a Robin call me, but I have never received a call from her or anyone in regards to the status of my AC repair.

I have used Maeser for years and their Plumbing folks are top notch! I am very frustrated as I have always had great service from the plumbing side of Maeser. If you say you are going to call... Follow up and call. That is basic customer service 101.

Mike was very kind, friendly and professional. He was a pleasure to have in our home. I did not catch his assistants name but he was quiet, polite, and professional. Both men did an excellent job getting so much done at one time (kitchen faucet, master toilet, septic pump, and water heater all had to be replaced). I would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with our Maeser plumber, Tom Jones. He is knowledgeable and happy to explain what he needs to do. He was efficient and and did a good job. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.

John Day was friendly, informative and helpful. He went above and beyond. Maeser came through for us by getting out on a Sunday (within 2 hours of me calling) when we had no AC working upon returning from vacation.

I cannot say enough about how smoothly the process went with Maeser Master Services on the install of my new water heater. The price, quality and speed of service is top notch. Technician Steve Flatt's was very pleasant and helpful answering all my questions concerning my water heater instillation.
