Once again, Maeser's Tom Jones has gone above and beyond to help us get our bathroom back in working order. He was courteous and kind, and he took the time to walk me through every step of his process — from the diagnosis to the repairs. We couldn't ask for a better plumber — he's truly the best out there! Thank you, Tom! We appreciate you so much!!

Cost was way over double the common cost once we looked it up after. We will use another company for our further needs as this tactic of charging way too much for simple repairs to try and get you to buy a whole new system is not the kind of company I wish to support. They are quick to get you on the schedule, so if you need something done fast they are good at that, but it will cost you.

experienced in maintenance and repairs of many types of systems. I've done the hands on work extensively. The crew members did excellent work. Second time using Maeser and had very good experiences on both occasions. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have done to several friends.

Logan Druin installed a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet assembly I purchased from HOME DEPOT. He also had to replace the drain pipes connected to said items. He was both professional and courteous. His knowledge proved the ability he has with this type of installation was accurate. He sealed all the plumbing and ensured there were no water leaks. He was diligent and completed the project in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the work he has done. If I need MAESER MASTER SERVICES again, I will request Logan as the person to complete the job.

Mousa and his helper were excellent. I have used Maeser a couple of times before, and the service and prices were very good. I though the water heater installation was very overpriced, but we really needed the work done and were were kind of over the barrel. Do you really think the price you charged was reasonable?

I have used Maeser for many years and the technicians are awesome. They are always very friendly and explain everything so I can understand them. However I gave a 2 star review because I recently had the motor go out on my furnace and was told the part was not in Louisville but in Lexington so it will be 2 days before they can get back to fix the furnace. It was in the 20's at night and 30's during the day, I offered to pick up the part myself and was told I could not. But I was given the option to expedite the part retrieval for $50. I agreed. 2 days later I had not heard from anyone and when I called I was dismissed the first time and when I called back I was told they did not have the part but it may be in that day. I finally heard from someone around 2 pm asking if I would be available from 4-6pm for installation. The technician was excellent and extremely friendly. It took him about 20 minutes to replace the motor. What really bothers me is I was told to purchase small heaters to keep my house warm enough for my pipes not to freeze, for a temporary fix. It is a shame others in my situation may not have the money to buy more equipment that won't need to be used once the furnace is fixed.

Usually they are quick to come but it wasn't the Same service this time. I called first thing Mon. Morning. They were supposed to come clear my Drain between 10-2pm (No Show) I called the office and was guaranteed by Rodriguez/Phone Rep. That they would be here at a different time frame 3-6pm. (A NO SHOW AGAIN) I had mu husband call and they told him they tried calling to reschedule which was not true. I had just hung up with Rodriguez 10 mins prior. They rescheduled with my husband. Today, a Tech came. He spent most of his time outside in the Truck Vaping. He cleared the line in 5mins then went back outside to Vape until my husband pulled up and then he Jumped out and came back inside to collect his equipment. 5min Clog Job $289.00. Vape Time 30Mins+ (On my time) $0 .
