Maeser is always very professional and very reliable. I have used them for all my plumbing for years. Recently Tyler did a super job at my new home. Tyler and all the techs from Maeser are always super nice, super experienced and explain and educate the customer on all that they are doing.
If you call Maeser, ask for Tom Jones to be the service technician. He was absolutely professional and overall an awesome person to work with. He took care of my needs in a timely, respectful and positive manner. I’d recommend Maeser, and especially Mr. Jones for your plumbing needs.
I had worked in the HVAC/Plumbing service industry for over over 30 years. One of the most important things about a good service technician is making the customer feel they are the most important customer they have. Being professional, friendly, courteous, and informative on what is being done and being knowledgeable on the products and procedures. As I always told the service technicians I work with if you don’t do a good job you are not loosing 1 customer, you are loosing many customers. They will tell their family, friends, and acquaintances about it. The same is true if you do a good job they will tell the same people how good of a job you did. You won’t just have 1 new customer you will gain many customers down the road

Joey and his team did an awesome job repairing my HVAC leak! They were detailed, responsive and kind. I will definitely be using Maeser for any future repairs! Thank you all again!
Got an estimate from Addison Gamble. Was helpful. Wrong about Tank size. Estimate says 50 gallon. The Tank being replaced is a 40 gallon Power Vent Richmond Brand. Does he know he needs to order a 40 Gallon tank? It is a vented heater. Will he order the right water heater? Why does he say 50 gallon??? Power vent is mentioned on $4K estimate sheet. Will I be told the delivery date Monday, 05-15-23? Will the Size be ordered correctly? I want a 40 gallon tank. Will phone Monday to get questions answered.
This company does a great job with confirming appointments and letting you know they are on the way. Very accommodating and professional plumbers. Always careful with cleanup. Third time I have used Maeser and I have been very satisfied every time.
Talked to Susie on the phone set up the initial consultation with Measer. William Vincent and his helper showed up the next day gave a quote and they replaced the water heater the next week. Everyone was professional and courteous from start from the phone call to the finished job. William Vincent was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and trustworthy. Completed the job in a couple of hours of replacing the water heater. They will be called again for my plumbing needs.
My technician Evan showed up on time, performed the inspection efficiently and explained what he did--as well as a concern he had with some lint in the unit in my condo. He was able to do the clean-up--because he had the right materials in his van. I asked him to do the 'job' because it would save me another call and another visit. He did the clean-up very quickly. He was polite and gracious.
I woke up to a Monday morning with a toilet in my basement leaking around the base and the toilet not emptying. I called my "go to" handyman who was tied up for the next month with other jobs. I asked friends for recommendations and one plumber was on vacation and the other didn't answer his phone. I don't work from home everyday so I needed things to be done quickly or have to wait several days to coordinate someone being home. I Googled local plumbers and Maeser popped up with a decent 4.8/5 rating. I called, the dispatcher answered, and she scheduled a plumber to arrive within the hour, nice! Jesse showed up with an apprentice (?) and quickly started diagnosing the issue. He quoted a price to begin snaking and reinstalling the toilet. After further investigation, it became clear there were bigger issues with a sewage pump in my basement that was no longer discharging the sewage from the basement to the upstairs sewage line. As you might imagine, that required an adjustment to the quote and I approved the work to be done (luckily they had a pump ready to go on the truck). Jesse and team worked quickly to change out the pump, recut plumbing lines, and reseat the toilet. From the 1st call to completion, they were in and out within 3 hours. I think I could have saved some money going with a local guy but no way would it have been done as expeditiously so it was a trade-off I was willing to make.
