I called regarding a blocked toilet late Saturday morning and they were able to send a person within and hour or so. They notified me of who was coming including photo and when they were on the way. John was professional, knowledgeable, discussed my options and did the work in less than an hour. I felt the price for the work done - remove toilet, snake the line, reseat the toilet - was reasonable.

My hot water heater went out yesterday morning. I called Maeser and they had someone out to my house within an hour. They confirmed that the 10 year old water heater needed to be replaced. After giving me a quote, I authorized replacement. Mike Downs, my technician, called the office and had them run out a brand new replacement while he drained the old one and got it disconnected. Mike was friendly, honest and very skilled at his profession. Maeser Master Services is who you should call when you need any home repair services!

Steve arrived quickly, was very pleasant, and explained how he planned to diagnose a plumbing issue in my house. He was upfront with pricing. He located the issue, repaired it, and was true to his word about what he estimated the cost would be. He also gave me recommendations for follow-up related to cleanup from the leak.

Great, efficient job done by Steve. He even brushed out under my sink. We have also used them to install a new water heater, new Air/Heater System and a toilet repair.

Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and concerned about our AC problem. He quickly identified the issue and was efficient in fixing it. Did a great job and enjoyed meeting him.

Had a major drainage block. Cole came out and took care of it. We were preparing to cut holes and do some major stuff but after he though about it, came up with a plan B and it worked! Good company, good plumbers!

My experience was nothing short of professional and fantastic. Called for a leaky pipe, Tom was out within an hour and provided excellent service and wisdom. Would recommend them to anyone. If you’re lucky enough to have Tom come out, you’re in great hands.

I came home one evening to find a leak coming from the air intake for my A/C. I called Maeser the next morning and they were able to come out the same day. My service provider was on time, professional and was able to correct the problem quickly and at a good price. Thank you!

Brain was the best service tech I have that I have ever encountered. Professional to the last detail. Everything he said was going to happen happened as he when through the diagnosis process. The fact that Maeser and Brian were able to do a service call on such short notice was Priceless! Going forward I well only consider Maeser for my Plumbing and HVAC needs.
