Nick was awesome! He did an amazing job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Him and his crew were fast and very efficient. They had answers to all my questions and overall a great experience with just talking with them! Would highly recommend him to anyone! So glad he is staffed with Maeser, he loves what he does.

Tomorrow hopefully, the technicians of this company after their 7th visits to my home they have learned how to make my new 5,000 dollars AC System works well to cool my house off and after 38 days my wife and I cannot sleep comfortable. We hope the pipes not be frozen. It’ s being very annoying to request a service, pay for it and after more than a month we can see any results. I has tried to reach Sterling Boren, who offered the company’s service, but he ignored my messages after he concluded the transaction. I contracted this company to install a new AC System and they has failed for many times. They really do not know how to install a new condenser and a coil, this last they has changed for 3 times( probably tomorrow for 4th times) and no results at all. We are very disappointed with this company because my wife and I cannot sleep in a hot house, in addition we are paying 5,000 dollars to Home Depot. I will keep update after tomorrow! Nothing yet, no results and the inventions keep going, almost any communication. Now they will make modifications to see if at last my AC works after more than 40 days struggling with this company for its bad job installing a new AC System. I will never contract this company for any job. There are many best choices in Louisville.

The Louisville Water Company informed us we had a leak in our service line. We called Maeser and their plumbing team was very responsive in responding to our call and then completing the work (replacing the entire water service line from the meter to our house). The work was completed in about 24 hours from the time we first called.

The supervisor explained how the work would be done and listened to my suggestions. The team did their best to limit the front yard disturbance and do the least damage to our landscaped areas. To protect our floors from mud, they wore covers over their boots whenever they came inside to work in the basement.

I am very pleased with Maeser. I will definitely call them again when I have a plumbing problem that I cannot fix myself.

I had a gas leak that was found late in the afternoon and LGE shut off my gas line--no heat and no stove in January. Early the next morning just minutes after the window, Maeser plumbing--Jim arrived and started assessing the issues. Our situation was complicated and there were many issues needed to bring our appliances up to code. Jim was thorough and professional and went above and beyond to get the job done. I highly recommend Maeser plumbing.

I used Maeser for a leak in my second floor primary bath that was causing secondary damage to a first floor hallway and kitchen. Maeser was able to offer my choice of emergency services or a next business day appointment. Their timely response really relieved the huge sense of urgency I was feeling after being brushed off for several days by my home warranty company. Tom Jones and Tom Jones Jr were my technicians, and they were wonderful. They arrived on time and took the time to assure me that I had taken the right steps and that I was in good hands. They talked me through their process step by step and took the time to educate about some plumbing matters as they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they were so kind. They repaired my leak and really helped me out with information to relay to my home warranty company. I would definitely recommend Maeser, Tom Jones, and Tom Jones Jr. I had a great experience with them and will definitely contact them again with any issues that may arise. Thank you!

I highly recommend Tom and Maeser Plumbing. Although I had not used them before, they were able to work me in next day when others were several days out. The technician, Tom Jones, was very professional, very thorough and very personable. Problem was solved quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I will use them again should the need arise.
