Joe Carnagio was professional, highly knowledgeable, courteous, and a real pleasure to do business with. He answered all of our questions effectively and developed a very high level of trust with our family. So happy we chose Maeser to do our HVAC repair.

From top to bottom, this was about as good an experience as you can have when you need an unexpected plumbing repair. I was able to find a time online, I was notified 30 minutes prior to my plumber's arrival (with picture and profile!), and when he did arrive, Tom Jones was personable, professional, and explained every step of the process and all my options along with pros and cons for everything. I feel like I got a very fair price for very good work. Maeser, you better be taking good care of Tom over there because I can't imagine calling anyone else for future work! :)

ALL of the folks at Maeser have been amazing through our furnace dying on us. Very understanding, responsive, friendly, and professional. They did a complete tear out of my old HVAC system and an install of a new system. Very respectful of our space. I highly recommend them.

Finally got around to buying a new toilet, and after it was delivered to my house, I called my 'regular' plumber to do the install, and they were backed up about 3 weeks.
On a friend's recommendation, I made a call to Maeser, to see what their availability was.
I kid you not, they were able to have someone over here in just a few hours! I may have just got lucky, but I took the appointment.
The toilet was installed masterfully by a pro, and I appreciate his willingness to explain and justify the installation price, which was a fair amount higher than I expected.
I understand the risks of pricing in a home-based service environment, but the bottom-line charge for a 90-minute standard plumbing service was a bitter pill to swallow.
Overall, pleased with the quality of the work, timeliness, etc., but the 'value' is only average, given the price charged.

Our tech (Kelly) was fantastic! After an incorrect assessment by another company, Kelly came in and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She diagnosed the system and assisted with the fix with expertise and ease. Highly recommend!

Had a gas leak. Super scary. My local plumber who's out of town suggested Maeser. Technician Steve was awesome!! Super friendly and informative. You can tell this is personal to him and that the work and the end result is something he takes seriously and that it's more than a job. LG & E came out afterwards and his work was perfect and gas was turned back on. I live with and take care of my elderly parents full time, so this was exceptionally important to me. It's amazing that the problem was noticed and resolved in 24 hours, in spite of the process being very laborious and detailed. Beyond thrilled and grateful.

The technician was on time, very polite, and explained what the problem was before and after replacing the piece showed me exactly what he was talking about so I could understand. He was very informative. I hope you hire more technicians like him. He took pride in what he was doing.

I received notifications during setup of and prior to appointment. Technician was on-time and clearly understood my request, even providing addition insight to avoid other costs (around $400-$600). Technician replaced my water line to my outside faucet, crawling through a tight entrance to access this area and did all of that in a very timely manner. Service was excellent and workmanship was exactly what I hoped for. Answered every question I had and continually provided advice when appropriate.
