One Choice Mechanical

We had a whole new unit put in Dec 2021. A/C not cooling efficiently July 2023. Tech came out today and was here for over an hour. Low on Freon. No leaks found. Probably wasn’t charged properly due to freezing temps when unit was put in. Tech didn’t charge for Freon. We’ve been very happy to give 1 Choice Mechanical our business. All tech have been polite and nice to work with.

Absolutely enjoy doing business with them. Misty is amazing with answering all my questions and getting me scheduled quickly. Alex has been amazing from my estimate for install down to my service call. The install team was amazing as well.

This company is an excellent choice for your heating and cooling needs. They were quick to respond and arrive when our apartment was having a cooling issue. The tech was professional, clean and courteous. The issue was addressed quickly and everything was explained in detail that was causing the issue. He was respectful of our home and cleanliness as well. Couldn't have had a better experience with One Choice.

Able to get us in within 48 hours. Our technician, Doug, was very professional and thorough. We even ended up going with the yearly maintenance plan. Can’t beat the price for a 3 unit home. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the service from One Choice Mechanical. We decided to invest in their yearly maintenance program that includes change of season maintenance visits. When we called to schedule the spring visit the operator quickly found us an appointment within a few days. Tom was our technician and arrived on time. He was organized and efficient…he changed filters, checked the unit in the attic and outside. His professional effort was balanced with a friendly attitude. He cleaned up after his work and left the inside and outside area spotless. We highly recommend One Choice!

We were so happy with our service from Matt and Taylor when we had our HVAC and AC replaced. They were timely, professional and courteous. They were very mindful of our space and made sure to keep things clean as well as doing a great of cleaning up when they were done. Our dog loved them too! We couldn’t recommend One Choice Mechanical enough.

Doug came out because our central air unit wasn't working or even coming on and within a half hour everything was up and running properly. He was a pro and explained the issue and repair thoroughly! Alex did a great job, installing our gas valve, he was very professional, fast and courteous and got our heater working. So far I have been very happy with One Choice!! Thanks for taking good care of us.
