Honestly company. I wouldn't go with any other company.

We have not decided on service at this time. Doug was friendly, professional and very patient with all of my questions. We received a through estimate for repair as well as a new system.

When our furnace shut off on Christmas Eve and we called a million and one places and got a lot of recordings and very long waits, someone at One Choice Mechanical answered the phone right away, quoted us on an evening arrival, and ended up being able to show about 3 hours early. The tech had our furnace up and running in minutes. We understand it was a holiday, and that a lot of people had our exact issue, so a lot of places weren’t able to get us, but these guys were, and we’re so grateful. Thank you, Josh and One Choice Mechanical!

I called Christmas Eve morning from out of state, in a panic because my son and DIL experienced a CO2 emergency and the FD said they needed the flue cleaned before they could turn the heat back on. Mr. Parker sent a technician a few hours later and it was determined it was a heating system failure, NOT the flue. We are just one emergency (of many) today and Mr. Parker was wonderful on the phone, Josh was on-time, polite, and also pleasant under pressure (and Arctic temps!). Thank you OCM and Josh - we are so, so grateful!

My house needed a section of pipes replaced in our heating system- the house is 100 years old so I can’t imagine it was an easy job, but these guys did a great job and were very timely about the repairs. Alex and his crew (I believe josh and bryan were their names) were very professional and total experts, would highly recommend One Choice!

Had an issue with leaking refrigerant for a few years now with no resolve Tommy came out and was able to find the the root cause and was very clean and thorough

Josh showed up today at my dear friend’s house and saw me carrying in a large box. He immediately offered to carry it in for me. He was polite, professional, thorough, and best of all made sure he didn’t leave any mess behind!!

Alex was awesome! We will definitely use One Choice Mechanical in the future for our HVAC needs!
