Alex was very personal, professional, and thorough. Our AC was not working due to incorrect install. Alex got us up and running quickly and made sure we weren’t charged due to it being an install error. He was also mindful to wear foot protection when walking in the house. Though the install error was frustrating on a new unit they corrected the problem. Hopefully they update their training and procedures to avoid this in the future.

The company seems to have a smooth operation and good use of tech to communicate. They scheduled a visit within a day or two. Tommy came to check my a/c system and was happy to answer my questions, leaving things as clean as he found it. I wish they'd do duct cleaning in the summer but seems like a good company for HVAC work.

Tommy was very helpful in fixing our issues with the air conditioning. He was very respectful of our area and kept everything as clean as it was before and made sure it clean up any mess that was made. I would recommend this company! Very nice guys.

Doug was professional and fixed the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what all he was doing and showed me before and after pictures. The company as a whole is impressive because they send you a photo of the technician that is coming to do the work. I work with crime victims and that is an excellent safety and security measure on the part of this company. It is the first company I've seen do anything like that and it was very reassuring.

Tommy was the maintenance person who came to perform any maintenance needed on our AC system. He was clean, professional and easy to talk to about the system. We greatly appreciate him coming and doing a through check of our systems. We bought a maintenance contract we were so impressed with the heating maintenance this past winter.

One Choice sent Tommy to service my A/C unit before the onset of the Kentucky summer heat. Tommy showed up on time, was communicative, and educated me on the process. Tommy also left the AC clean and cleaner than when he found it. Highly recommend!
