Definitely recommend this company. Dave is professional & courteous. My appointment was supposed to be between 7pm & 9pm, but they called to let me know they could come earlier. Work done before 3. Price was more then reasonable. Will definitely use them again .

Alex showed up promptly. He was professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC, and gave me two options that would correct the problem. After choosing how to fix the ac, he worked quickly. My house feels cool and comfortable tonight. Thanks, Alex

Alex was great! He was on time and quickly gave me a temporary fix while explaining the steps he will take to fix my issue permanently with my landlord BMG. He also left no trace behind of the repair, footprints, etc. for me to clean up afterwards.

Something just wasn't right with our A/C so we called One Choice and someone was out to our place within the hour. Alex quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I love their 24-hour service! Alex was super professional and helped me diagnose a smell coming from our hvac system. He was very thorough and had zero issues with exploring every book and cranny of our crawlspace and our attic!

On Sunday May 14th our new A/C wasn't work it kept getting hotter and the A/C wasn't working it was cooler outside then in. So we called One Choice they were out installers for the unit. They sent out Tommy on Monday who came in the pouring rain. Once the rain stopped Tommy was on it Fixed our problem
and left our house clean no mud no water. I would like to say nothing is perfect and things don't always go according to plan and there are bumps in the road I've been a customer for years and will remain so for the foreseeable future thank you to Tommy for coming in the rain Doug for coming when it was cold and the installer's whose names excape me sorry. Thanks for always doing your best work and being polite now my home is cold lol. We're ready for summer
