Been customer with One Choice Mechanical for many years . Doug Dobbs came out today for hvac repair and did awesome job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Called last night and he came out today to get me up and running very quickly today . Would highly recommend One Mechanical for any of your hvac needs . Been taking care of us for long time . OCM installed my HVAC system in 2018 and I’ve stuck with them for maintenance because they are always reliable and professional. This visit, Doug did spring maintenance on the a/c system. He cleaned up a huge amount of leaves out of the exterior unit, gave my before and after pics of everything - and was friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

The technician opened the unit and left
He told me he will send me either repair or replacement estimate and charged me $135!!

They never get back to me ,I called twice and asked for the estimates and the lady said she is going to send it to me shortly and never got back again!!!!

The ac unit was open 3days and I end up have someone else to finish the job

Taylor and Matt came and fixed our HVAC system. They where polite, friendly,cleaned up afterwards, they where fast and speedy. Got the job done right. 💯 Would request these two gentleman Everytime.

Alex is always professional and friendly. Great with dogs despite them sometimes being under foot. Leaves everything he touches cleaner than it was when he arrived.

Our comfort specialist, Tommy M., was prompt, texted to notify me he was on his way, and was courteous and professional. He replaced a blown capacitor and tested our AC unit both inside and outside, and left both areas clean.

Rep notified us when he was on his way and arrived on time. Alex was very professional and super friendly. Reviewed all of the services performed and confirmed all radiators were in top working condition before signing off on the service. Very reasonable. Have signed up for the annual maintenance program because of his service. Highly recommend!
