Great company! Steven is professional and very reasonable price. He checks everything and does the job right. Our house was 87 degrees inside and he fixed it asap. Definitely call him for your heating & air needs!

I'm so glad I went with this company. So my air conditioner went out on me! Luckily a friend of mine had just had Steven, from Convection Heating and Air, come out and replace his air conditioner. So my friend told me to go with this company. My house was built in 1956, and now it feels like the produce cooler at Costco! After getting outrageously high quotes from some of the bigger companies to fix my furnace, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable pricing of Convection Heating and Air. The problem was fixed very quickly and the tech explained it in a understandable way. I have found the company that I will stick with for any future needs that may arise.

Highly Recommend! We have used many HVAC companies over the years but we have found our last one! Convection Heating and Air was the most knowledgeable, professional, and responsive service we have ever used. We really felt informed about what the issue was and what the solution was. Steven made sure we felt comfortable with the work and even gave us some ideas to make our air quality safer for our children. Plus we loved all the extra details like having parts on hand, booties on his feet, tons of diagnostic tools, etc. Our issue was repaired in one trip and there was no mess to clean up. If you need fast, professional, and quality work you can trust Steven.

The owner of this business responded to his ad for a $59.95 ac tune up we had requested. He found a couple of items that needed attention. This Temp Star unit has been in service for 10 years and has never had anything done during regular inspections until now, a very good service record. The owner was polite, explained everything he thought should be addressed. He ordered parts and returned in two days, on time, while all the time sending text messages as to his location and arrival times. He did the needed repairs and while I can not confirm the actual AC performance due to the outside temperatures being in the low sixties, we feel confident in his work. Part of his service is a follow up after hot weather comes in to make sure the system operates properly. I have no doubt he will do that.

Convection responded to a warranty call during a string of really hot days. For many working from home is a luxury. Unfortunately it is unbearable when the AC is out. Steve from Convection responded and worked through the challenges and ensured at the end of the day cooling temps were restored. Thank you for working with me.

Less than 24 hours later our system was completely updated and running again. Our AC unit had been limping along for years and Steven pointed out a better warranty option by replacing everything at one time.
