I called about a simple dryer part. The part is very low priced. They were very nice and pleasant. They gave me the part number and I will be in Friday to pick it up. This a type of place I will do business with again.

My AC went out on our home on a Saturday. I phoned them to see if they had the fan motor I needed. They did but they were closing up within just a few minutes. These folks were kind enough to stay open for a bit, after they closed. Once i got there they could not have been more courteous. They allowed my family the ability to stay cool and away from the dangerous heat.

The guys were great. Found out the part we thought was bad wasn't bad after all. The attendant asked others and they said door switch and they were right. Thanks and will be back if I need more parts.

Walked in, Gave them old broken part, had replacement in hand in 5 min. Out the door in 10. Part fit perfectly. Dryer works like new.

Great store, great staff and they had the quantity of parts needed where as other vendors would have had to order in.

Only one experience and nothing good to say. Went in Saturday to buy a transformer got one that was supposed to work but different wiring. Guy handed my a part with a completely destroyed box said wire it per the schematic on the unit and took my $38 dollars.

Went home googled the part - $16 - SAME Brand. Still wasn't sure about the wiring differences - went back Monday for some help. Got someone who "has worked here for ten years" he ended up asking customers at the counter for help.

I returned the part which is the one good thing they did, drove around the corner to Johnstone's and bought the same thing (different brand) for $14 and change and got a sound explanation on the install difference.

I am not a contractor, just a simple aerospace engineer, so my money and time are with the competition

Love these guys! I'm no pro but I know what part I need and they help me get it. Even had them find me alternatives that save me a few bucks. I will not go anywhere else!

We bought a new house, and the appliances needed some parts. My father in law recommended you guys because you've always carried what he needed. Leaving today, empty handed, also tried to do a return for a hot water thermocouple which was denied. The thermocouple was still packaged and unused, as it was clearly the wrong part. I didn't have my receipt, but the card used for purchase only a few days prior wasn't good enough. This is the third time I have been to washer specialties for them to either sell me the wrong part or have them tell me they can have it, "one week from next Tuesday". How about I order it online with expedited shipping for less money? My dryer thermistor will be here in two days. I don't think we will miss each other, Washer Specialties.

Problems with appliances are frustrating and cost money. The people at Washer Specialist know that and do what they can to help you get the part you need and maybe a little sage advice to boot. A great Wichita institution. Silly name! Thanks.

Get people great customer service. 5 stars. Abe, Cecil and a couple other guys I cant remember their names have always been so helpful.
