They have always been helpful whenever I have been in there. The last visit I was hoping to warranty out a part that was defective after the first month. I did not have the appropriate documentation but their staff went above and beyond to help verify my purchase and get it swapped out quickly and effortlessly. Thanks again for the help!

I'm not very experienced with furnace stuff. I called them that lady was extremely helpful and understanding of my lack of knowledge. She helped walk me through getting all the way things I needed. I drove to the store easy to find. Dustin help check me out got everything I needed advise me on a couple items that I would need an along with it. Help explain some of the wiring that was on the motor. Very nice understanding cordial give it 5 stars all around. Thank you guys for your help and gals 🤗

Great and helpful! I needed a pressure tank for a RO unit in my dad's house. They had one in stock and it was about $10 less than I could have gotten it from Lowe's, HD, or Amazon. They even carried it out to my car! Highly recommend!

Took in a $50 part I thought was bad. Employee checked it, said it was good and sold me the $10 part I needed. He could have easily sold me what I thought I wanted and my machine would not have worked.

I have been to Washer Specialties several times over the years, mostly for a filter for my furnace. They have always been friendly, helpful and professional. Once I showed up 15 minutes after store had closed, and they were just locking the door with last customer leaving, and they went ahead and let me enter and buy the furnace filter. (Good thing, too, as it was the weekend and furnace had shut off because of the old filter.) They were kind and professional, as usual. Excellent company and people!

Nice customer service representative quick service

Had the part that I needed to fix my home A/C. Called a few other places in town and they where double to triple the price for the same part. Walked in to the shop and was helped at the counter with in a few minutes. They had quite a few customers. They grab the part I needed and I was on my way out the door. This will be my go to place for all of my D.I.Y home fix it parts.

Denise has been the one to help me whenever I've called. She is nice, patient, knowledgeable and gets what I need, right everytime. As someone who purchased a house (which is full of kids) and had their dryer go out, this place is a godsend. Like I said, Denise is great, but all of the employees are like her. You can't go wrong here.

I had a sudden break on my heater last night and had to rush to washer specialties at the last minute. I had called and let them know that I was on my way from a town south of Wichita and that I was hurrying. They were nice enough to keep the doors open for me a couple minutes past their closing time so I could get my part. Thanks to their generosity, my family was able to stay in our warm home last night. I cannot thank them enough.
