A place worth having programmed in your phone for household appliance and HVAC needs. I have used them for 20 years and it is great to see many of the employees that work there are still there after all of these years. They know their stuff and are very helpful.

This place seems to have just about any appliance part I have ever needed with the exception of one brand that I don't recall now. Prices are very reasonable and sometimes better than online. Staff is typically fast and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to others.

My A/C person me there to buy a specific filter. I was lucky cause I got the last one in my size I needed to help it run better

Our washer stopped working and this place had the part we needed in stock. PLUS!, it was cheaper to get it here than order through Amazon! Cassidy was super helpful to my husband over the phone and they even brought it out to me at my car so I didn’t have to go inside with my baby!

Wonderful customer service and excellent prices! My dryer stopped heating and I knew nothing about repairing it. I called another parts place first and not only were they not helpful but their prices were almost twice as much! I spoke to LaConda at Washer Specialties and, not only did she explain what the problem might be but she didn't act like I should know all about the dryer repair. Thank you so much!
