Moody Heating & Air Conditioning

We had two different technicians, Patrick Liston and William Shrek and both were outstanding. The company was very responsive and professional and I highly recommend this company based on both the professionalism we witnessed and the knowledge demonstrated in resolving our concerns.

Douglas came out yesterday because my air conditioning wasn't working in 100 degree heat. He did such a great job getting it up and running. Really just needed a tune up and a good cleaning. He worked outside cleaning the unit, fixing wires, doing little things that went far, in 100 degree heat to get it running again. Gave me some pointers on how to manage my system. I was very happy and my system improved tremendously.

bought a humidifier from this company over 3 years ago and it never worked from the start. I called last year about replacing the water filter and when the tech got here I told him it never worked since they installed it. I called them every year for it not working and they would send out a tech and even the seconded year the owner came out. they would always tell me try it for the rest of the year and if it still did not work call again. this last year 2017 when the tech came out he found they had broken the piercing tip on the water line and removed it. now it works great but they charged me to fix a problem I had from the first day.
I called the owner and he said they have no records of them coming here
every year and me calling them every year. that I should have gotten things in writing so I would have proof. the owner said he would split my bill with me. I told him to keep it. beings they are hurting for money and lie they need the money worst them me. they are not reliable in fixing things and they extended warranty does not cover much of anything. it seems to me it is another scam by them to make money. I am not going to be their customer any longer. beware folks.

I was quoted a new customer price, however, the tech did not know that so I paid regular price. I called the office and was told to stop by the office and I would get the difference back. I went the next day to receive my refund. Great company.

Drew was easy to work with and helped us pick the right unit for our home. Cole and Preston were quick, friendly, and professional when installing our new units.

Moodys replaced our 3 ton unit with a new 3 ton unit.. for some reason the new unit of the same size would not keep up with cooling the house.. Drew stayed on top of it, worked the problem and eventually installed a new 3.5 ton unit… the costumer support from drew during this was amazing, and the individual techs that came out were very professional… I would strongly recommend Moodys to anyone!!!

William services our heating and cooling unit and he is thorough, friendly and professional. Rebecca at customer service is always friendly and professional and works appointments to your schedule.
