Moody Heating & Air Conditioning

This place has one of the best servicemen ever, Unfortunatly can't say the same for the owners. I had a problem, they said it was one thing charged me, still had the problem, they told me it was something else and it wasn't that. I figured out what it was and called them they said that was checked and it wasn't that...I told them I had pictures to prove it. He told me to send them to him...I did no call back. I called them again he told me I was a liar he never said that they checked that and they were doing things in order. Basically He called me a lair and didn't even say they were sorry for not finding the problem the first time! Instead he snapped at me and said I am not giving any type of refund, which I never asked for I mearly asked what their warrinty was for giving me the wrong information. They really let me down they used to be my only call for heating and cooling...not any more!

I have 2 dogs, elderly mother & a wife & kid. They made it out in an hour and in the rain. Walked my wife through everything, explained and showed broken part, checked the freon & compared new part to old. Will definitely use again. Better than everybody else that wanted to come out tomorrow!

Had a tech come out to diagnose are heat and central air we knew what was wrong just looking for a estimate he said our computer was bad and we needed new coils wanted to charge us1000 dollars come to find out our computer was not bad and we didn't need new coils they just needed to be cleaned found someone to do it for 250 dollars ill never recommend this place they try and rip you off
