Moody Heating & Air Conditioning

When my AC went out in the middle of summer, I gave Moody Heating and Air a call. They were able to get a guy out that day to take a look at it. After finding the cause they were able to fix it right away. They all were extremely friendly from the office assistant who took my call to the worker who came by to fix it. The guy that came out worked quick and was able to get my AC up in running. I even last minute asked if I could get a new thermostat put on and they were able to do that, that day as well. I am highly impressed with their work ethic, dependability and friendlyness. I can’t recommend them enough. They did an outstanding job & I was impressed how quick they were able to get me in. Call Moody heating and air if you ever have an issue they will definitely take care of you.

Not recommended for geothermal. Had them come look at our system because is not running correctly. In the winter our closed loop system incoming temperature is just above freezing when it is super cold outside (33 degrees). Told the person I scheduled and then the technician. Now we have a problem in the summer with our system shutting off. Geothermal technician came out and told us the incoming loop is too hot (115 degrees). Their advice is to water a lot, we have been. What should we do in the winter then? Build a fire over the loop. Didn’t address our problem and then gave poor advice.

My home warranty company recommended Moody Heating and Cooling. I was skeptical because my home warranty usual selects the cheapest and I usual don't get great quality or customer service. Was I wrong! From Rebecca the scheduling agent to everybody involved installing our new AC unit, to Dan who I believe is the owner, it was the best customer service I've received. They educated me on how NOT to get hosed by other AC companies. And how to verify what they were saying was accurate. I highly recommend this company and I pray for their continue growth! Drew and his technicians did a fantastic job replacing my older heating and air system with new Trane products. They changed the duct work to be more efficient. This business is want all businesses used to be like and should return to being. Great customer service, good value and honesty. Drew said they weren't done until I was happy, I'm very happy. I recommend Moody to everyone.

Called to get a quote on replacing residential heating and ac unit. Scheduled a time for them to come out. They didn't show. Called the office and was told service person probably just got busy and they'd leave a note to have them call me. That was 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything back. Very pleasant people to speak with but without the service to back that up it's whatever. Our business will go to Hanna Heating & Air that got back to me within an hour.

I called Moody to check my Trane Heat Pump and system. I decided to use them annually. From calling and talking to Rebecca who was very friendly and she got me in quickly. The technician that came out was William. Hey thanks for taking care of my Heat Pump and equipment. He's very nice and very sharp. I highly recommend Moody Heating and Air conditioning You well be happy you calling them.

Our Moody service man was very efficient, thorough, and friendly. He explained what he did and answered all our questions. I have used Moody for over 20 years, and the service has always been top notch!

My tenants were without air conditioning and Moody was able to get a tech out the same day, within a couple hours of my request. Alden (may have spelled his name wrong), the tech, was not just on time, but early. I was notified when he was on the way, and receieve a follow up once the service was complete. Very professional and responsive.

I have been so impressed with the. job and the service I got today. The guys were patient with my animals and working around anything. Still got in - got the job done - checked everything- cleaned up everything and very patient and informative about any of my questions

I love Moody Heating and Air. I would recommend them to anybody! My home warranty company dispatched them out a couple of months ago to fix the capacitor and I will never use anyone else. They are fast and efficient. I just had to call them back out as I got home during my lunch break and my house was warm. Before I even got off the phone with Rebecca she had someone on the way. This time it's the compressor and even though its not a quick fix I have full confidence they will be back out as soon as they get one ordered. Just a tip if you have home warranty... make sure you call them and get someone on the phone. You CAN request Moody Heating and Air and they will dispatch a work order directly to them. Otherwise the home warranty company will just dispatch whatever company is next on their list.
