My landlord was able to get an appointment set for about 28 hours after she called Monday morning. Lee was professional, friendly & expedient. He replaced the capacitor & cleaned the unit, getting our AC running in 20 minutes. I'm super impressed!

I called and got an appointment scheduled the same day. Lee was the technician that came out to fix the problem and he did a great job! He showed me what the issue was, and had the parts with him that were needed. He was done and my air conditioner was working again in about 15-20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Midwest Mechanical!

Had a great experience with Midwest mechanical. Lee came and checked out my furnace for me, so I am feeling good and safe about turning it on. They will be back in the spring to service my air.

Sam was great. Kept everything simple and knew exactly what he was doing. Explained what the issue was and helped me understand how he fixed it. AC up and running again in under an hour, great prices and great communication. Sam knows what he’s doing

Fast and efficient, I called around 1pm because I no longer had warm air. They were pretty busy but told me that one person could come out around 3pm, he was there before 2 and had everything running in about 30 minutes and then waited to make sure that it stayed on and working. He also showed me a few ways to troubleshoot any problems in the future which is incredibly nice to know. I am very happy with my overall experience!

Their customer service is excellent! Lee was our technician he worked on our heating system. He did an amazing job. Loved that he took the time to explain everything. We would highly recommend them, and in the future if we need them again we will definitely use them.

I called Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air Monday and they came to my house on Tuesday. Lee came out to my house on time to get my AC working. I received a text when he was on his way. The text include included a profile picture and his name, I liked this for sure that’s customer service. Lee is very knowledgeable about and explains everything to you in a nice calm voice. I appreciate the fact he came in and took his time and listened. He also took time to make sure everything was working before he left and improved the length of a hose for looks.
