I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism of this company start to finish. The technician sent to do the work needed was highly competent with vast experience, and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He was on time, dressed appropriately for these Covid times, friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns. I couldnt ask more from any service of any type that I use or have used in my nearly seventy years of life. I highly recommend Midwest Mechanical to you, and feel strongly that you will have the same great experience that I did.

Lee was my technician, he was excellent, kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail even though he didn't have to. My in-laws used this company to replace their entire hvac system and they are very happy with the service and maintenance plan! When I need to replace my equipment I will call Midwest Mechanical first thing!

Billy was very professional & polite. We wanted to be ahead of the game & have a general maintenance done to our ac unit before summer hit. Billy did tell us we should think about saving up for a new unit as we have an older unit wher parts are harder to come by and that the cooling system is pretty much outdated. We definitely recommend Billy & Midwest Mechanical for service & will be calling them 1st when we need their services again.

It was one of our 100 degree days when our air conditioner stopped working. We called Midwest Mechanical and Lee arrive in about 20 minutes. It was in the evening. He was friendly and very efficient. He checked the thermostat, the unit, and the outdoors unit. He wasn't sure if he had the part but he kept looking and found it. We had air conditioning as soon as he put the part in. This is the second time we have called. We will continue to use this company.

Midwest Mechanical put in a whole system for me a couple of years ago. I have been extremely happy with the operation of both the furnace and air conditioner. Today I called to join their spring and fall maintenance program.
Unbelievably, they actually had a time available
to service my air conditioner today. They will come again in the fall to make sure my furnace is ready for winter operation. The technician that they sent to my home, Lee, was very informative and made sure that everything was operating properly. I would highly recommend Midwest Mechanical to everyone. So glad I found a company that is knowledgeable, professional and reliable!!

I received an email a day in advance and a call from the road from Lee when he was on his way. He arrived ready to work promptly and was professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the service received and feel confident that should any future needs arise I will not only call Midwest Mechanical but will request service from Lee.

Update 04/13/2020: 5 stars!!! Thermostat took a dive and Midwest Mechanical was out the same day and replaced the device. Lee, the technician, was professional and courteous. The measures the company is taking for protection of their employees as well as customers during the current nature of the times brought this homeowner peace of mind. I truly cannot recommend this company enough. They are awesome!!

I’m so impressed with Midwest Mechanical as a company, and Lee specifically as a service rep. He’s professional, very knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. We were advised upfront what the costs would be, and the communication systems they set up for appointment confirmation and arrival times were extremely helpful. I would recommend this company highly!

Lee diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. He explained what he was doing to me as he went. He answered any questions I had, and even answered my questions about the furnace repair he did last winter. He’s very professional, good at his job, friendly, and enjoyable to be around. Yea! We have a cool house now!

Competitive pricing, knowledgeable advice, did not try to up sell to a more expensive system just to make a buck. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. If I ever need this kind of service again, Midwest Mechanical will be my first call. Two thumbs up!
