I have used Midwest Mechanical for several years. They are always professional, courteous, and keep me informed of issues that arise during repairs.

Fast response time (one week during the beginning of summer when everyone's AC is dying), but the tech was extremely rude, repeatedly misgendered my wife and glared at both her and our flags, was reluctant to service our unit, and then left as quickly as possible without waiting to make sure the unit was actually functioning properly (it wasn't!).

Do not use their services if you're visibly queer or have pride flags up at all.

I have had two complete systems put in by Midwest Mechanical. Other companies bid more for the same installation.What also stands out is that the installers were excellent and went beyond all expectations. Thank you Shon.
