Congratulations on your 21 st year in business ,and I remember that 10 degree Saturday that my original furnace went out,Gene came out and had to call a supplier to get parts from a warehouse in K.C Mo.Sure ,was comfortable on that Sunday and I have continued to use him yearly since.
