Heart of America has been our "go to" heating and cooling company for more than 20+ years. They are highly professional, courteous and super dependable. Not only do they perform our twice a year heating and cooling system checks, but have come to our rescue several times over the years to make repairs in the cold of winter or the heat of summer. We are very happy with their customer service and appreciate their business friendship.

We love the faster service then other companies we dealt with in the past.
My wife is seriously ill and they have always been way up and beyond at a fair price. They are worth a lot more, but do not tell them, they may want to charge more next time.

Had a leak occuring due to a humidifier not operating correctly. Nathan showed up right on time and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Since this was NY's Eve day, I really appreciated the quick response.

I feel so comfortable with Gene with Heart of America whenever I have a problem with my air conditioning system. He shows up promptly and is always so friendly and relaxed as he sets about repairing the problem. 50 year old house can have lots of problems, but it is very comforting to know my cooling and heating system is going to be handled correctly and efficiently and quickly when I call.

My Husband and I bought our first home a few years ago and followed the recommendation from our family to have the Heart of America Service Company inspect our furnace and air conditioner. We found this company to be reliable and the advice helpful and have continued to rely on this company, they installed a furnace humidifier in our home and were very helpful with our questions. We have recommend this company to our friends and to any one in the Kansas City area looking for a trusted and sensible company for their A/C and Heating needs.

Heart of America has been my heating and cooling company for at least 20 years. They did an excellent job keeping my old furnace and air conditioner running and then installing new ones when it was time. They have even come on Sunday to repair my air conditioner. Always are on time and very trustworthy.

We had HoA come out a few weeks ago to fix our AC. They were very thorough and reasonably priced. Then yesterday our AC went out again!! This time the owner came out himself, diagnosed and fixed a complex and dangerous wiring problem not related at all to the first issue. Wow, that's what I call Customer Service.

Gene and his team came highly recommended and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I even had to reach out after they came for a house call about an urgent matter that I needed a resolution to immediately and they were so kind and diligent and helpful.
