Quick service when furnace wasn’t working. Just a cleaning fix but grateful for the fast service in this cold weather.

We have used Beebe just a few times but they are very responsive and professional. We had to call them New Year’s Eve last year at 11:30 at night because our heat went out and they came right over and spent a few hours taking care of our system and thermostat. The repair man was awesome and very kind. We will always use them when we are in need.

Would give them 6 stars if it were possible. Was using one of the bigger guys (Neal Harris...they were good until they hired some new sleazy sales manager) until they tried to tell my wife we needed a complete replacement when just a fan controller board went out (which I found out later)and some sort of sketchy leasing deal...where we wouldn't even own the thousands of dollars in equipment. They were asking her to sign in my name because I had higher credit. This was while I was away on business and got a phone call from her.

Called my dad to see if he knew anyone better in the area that wouldn't try to screw us over and he told me to call Beebe. They were amazongly professional, showed me all the parts as he was going through everything and why they were still good...just needed to be cleaned up. There was a short on a board that costs about $200, which he also showed me, which he even tried to fix without a full replacement.

All in all they saved me thousands and not some BS contract that would me we could never own our own HVAC, which is almost criminal. Just because they were HONEST, I'll keep coming back! Have a customer for life. For any repairs or even when we eventually need a full replacement, I'm going with them.

Beebe did a great job of installing a whole home humidifier as well as performing annual maintenance on our furnace. Beebe was on time, did an excellent job of explaining exactly what was going to be done, and were very thorough. The install and maintenance was completed in a timely manner. Needed emergency repair of my AC. They came out late in the evening and quickly diagnosed the problem and came back early the next morning with a replacement part. Got us up and running in no time. Did a great job! Highly recommend.

On time, conscientious, friendly, hard working. Knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend them, reasonable in cost and very efficient . We felt very comfortable having J.R and Jessie installing our new AC unit. Expectational customer service from the both of them. I mentioned to J.R that I loved the way that they knocked on our door. He stated "that's because solicitors ring the doorbell and friends knock". How true is that? Great Company!!

Tech came back out and identified it was a bad circuit board. It was 4pm but he was able to source a new one, pick it up and get it installed quickly. It was 7 degrees outside and I was worried anout going all night without heat, but he got me uo and running.
