Chris was great! Ran our summer AC scheduled maintenance and kept me informed through the entire visit on how our unit was functioning. Took his time and was thorough. In the past with other companies the techs would be in a rush trying to get out fast. Appreciate the time Chris took to do the work, as well as communicate with me.

Terrible customer service and communication. After my in-home consultation (one year ago), I never received my estimate that was supposed to be emailed to me within a few days. I called their office NUMEROUS times and even emailed the owner, tech who came to my house, and the admin person requesting my estimate (specific names I emailed were Robert and Judith). Months later...still nothing. I would get the "we left your message with the technician so he will call you back" but of course nothing for weeks. The secretary answering the phone seemed annoyed at me like it was my fault I didn't have the estimate that should have been completed 4 months ago and seemed bothered that she had to do her job and check on it. To this day I still haven't received my estimate and that was a year ago. Overall, my experience with BEEBE has been terrible and I will never use them or recommend anyone use them. I have shared my experience with many friends and family and will continue to share to everybody I can to prevent this from happening again. It's crazy how companies with this work ethic and complete disregard for their customers can stay in business.

I woke up this morning with my house being temperature at 53° and my furnace not turning on. I called Beebe and spoke with Kelly who was very nice and understanding. She told me she had someone in the area and that they would be out in 30 minutes. Within minutes I had a text from Cris that he was on his way and sure enough, he was there in 30 minutes. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not try to upswell me and he was able to locate the issue very quickly. This was all while also answering a ton of unrelated questions I had. Chris found the part he needed and went out to go track it down at a supplier. He returned within 30 min and had my furnace running better than ever. Everything was completed and he left the furnace in better shape than what he found. This is my first time using this company, and I can tell by their service that they are honest and professional. I will be using them to maintain both my heating and air conditioning unit from here on out.

Over this past weekend we lost heat. We sent an email message to Beebe and within a couple of hours the installation supervisor called us. We provided them the details and they came out as planned, fixed the issue, and the bill was reasonable. They did a great job.

Service technician and new part estimator apparently wasn’t aware the coil had been replaced in 2019….almost had me buy another one if I hadn’t looked at my records.
I was told my service call fee would be credited to my bill if I had Beene do the service. It was not mentioned again and I did not think of it until after the technician had left and we paid the bill.

Robert came out to consult with me about a poorly installed furnace from the house I just bought. He went over EVERY detail of my furnace and vents and answered EVERY question I had (a lot). He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided a very reasonable solution to what needed to be addressed. I couldn’t be more impressed!
