David is the technician that comes to my home to do any work including maintenance twice a year. He makes every effort to look ahead as to what the best choice for me would be in order to utilize the warranty on the equipment etc. He takes his job personally and professionally as if he owned the business. Everyone at BB, even the person who answers the telephone, Kelly, talks to me as if she's known me for a long time. I highly recommend these people and this company.

Robert came out after Pole Star quoted me around $3900 to change my coil and and a few other things Pole star suggested with the amount of money I would be paying to possibly look into a new over price reen unit they was trying to sell me. Which make since. Which I almost fell for. Luckily Robert diagnosed the problem and turn out out my coil are fine and i only needed a new compositor and a new blower fan and only paid around $700 rather than $3900 to repair something that was not broke or to buy new 13seer reen unit etc around $6500. Thanks Robert for being honest.

It's so nice to have a true professional come into your house and get the job done, all we had was a furnace inspection due to getting a new unit installed last year, but everything checked out, unit is working perfect and we'll see Beebe again in the Spring for the AC unit. 2 Free service calls due to being newly installed.

Can absolutely not say enough good things about Robert with Beebe Heating & Air. Our heater had started to go out during some of the coldest nights of the year. It had already gone through an incomplete diagnosis with another technician, partially because the problem with so complex. Robert was so dedicated that he devoted a time-intensive, thorough, careful diagnostic of our system, going through many trial-and-error scenarios and explaining all options and scenarios every step of the way. He was honest, fair, thorough, and extremely talented. He did not leave until every single aspect of our heating problem had been repaired and explained, and he was professional and friendly through the whole deal, which helped alleviate what would otherwise be a stressful situation. We will absolutely use Beebe (and especially Robert) for all HVAC going forward. What incredible service.

I made an appointment to have my furnace checked and serviced. Doug was very professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure the furnace was functioning well and preformed all of the normal checks. Beebee seems to be an honest company that can provide service at a decent price. I will continue to use them for service and would recommend them.

From Kelly, in the office, to the maintenance techs, this could not be a nicer crew!! Their team is so knowledgeable and their prices are very fair! We highly recommend Beebe and are so fortunate to have them years ago!!

I can't say that I would recommend Beebe. There are plenty of local companies to hire for your HVAC needs, and Beebe does not deliver on their promises.
They said they'd install a direct outdoor plug for the AC unit-they did not do that.
They said they'd pour a new pad for the AC unit-they did not do that.
They agreed that they would provide maintenance twice a year for 3 years, and they act like I am lying when I call to schedule that. Their receptionist has poor communication skills and interrupts the customer.
