My 28 year-old a/c unit was not putting out cool air. A work friend recommended Beebe. Kelly got me all set up with an appointment and notified me when the tech was on the way. Doug was professional and explained what he was doing as he did it. Luckily, only a few parts needed to be replaced and I am now ready for summer. Beebe was wonderful and I will call them again if needed. So happy I did not have to replace the whole unit. Excellent Experience!

The gentleman that did the repair were prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. They explained why the replacement was needed and troubleshooted upcoming work. I will absolutely use them again!

First tech they sent left without finishing the job said he was waiting for a call from his installer and would be back, never heard anything from him, called to see when the installation would be completed . Was told they had to contact the manufacturer for instructions, went the whole weekend with out heat or cooling. Different tech came back and completed the installation. If you need service ask for Dave, he knows what he is doing and went above and beyond to complete the job.

They were quick to come out since we were without heat and the technician as super friendly and professional. They let me know when they were en route. We used Bebee for years and will continue to do so.

Humidifier repair- cleaned blockage and replaced hose that was clogged and clamped off.
Water was leaking from humidifier and all over the basement floor. They arrived quickly and were very helpful. Thank you.

I found water coming from my one year old AC system and called Beebe to investigate as they had installed the unit. They sent the same tech who had installed the system. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and enjoyable to talk with. He gave me tips on keeping the compressor clean while making sure the system had not lost any refrigerant. I have had Beebe service my old unit and installed the new AC. They are courteous and reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them and if I have any problems in the future I will definitely call them.
