Robert was incredibly helpful. He stayed well into the evening (10:45PM) in order to make sure our heat was working correctly. He did a thorough re-wiring job, and was pleasant and friendly throughout. Very informative, kept me in the loop about what he was doing. Will be calling them again next time!

I called and expected service between 1 and 3 pm. I was greatly surprised to have early service. The two men found the problem quickly had parts on the truck and were gone quick! I had heat again😁
The price was fair and I will send friends to them.

A/C repair. Had to wait 1.5 days for service. While a bit frustrated at that being a customer for 25 years, Sounds like similar problem as others, not enough help. Saving grace was temps dropped from 90 to 65 by bed time. Service tech, knowledgeable, professional. We've had Doug here before over the years for issues. Lennox unit is under warranty, however, we still had to pay for labor & service call which I will be complaining to Lennox about had the copacator part not failed I would not be paying. I feel like it's the manufacturer responsibility to pay the repair company for service call.

When my a/c failed, I talked to and met with quite a few companies. Beebe was never pushy, gave me a number of options and their prices very fair! I wouldn’t hesitate to have them do work for me !
