Wichita Heating and Air

We were just having our annual AC maintenance and they did an excellent job! I loved the fact they actually sent a text 30 min before they were here. When they showed up they were very friendly and patient with my questions. I can tell they care about their job vs just working!

Jake and his crew came out today and installed brand new furnace and ac for us. They were excellent. Did everything I asked and gave me their best opinions. They worked hard and got the new units in. Awesome company. I would 100% recommend them for your heating and air needs.

Offer great maintenance package for heating and air. Very nice gentleman that completed the service. Showed up during the agreed upon service window.

Absolutely amazing service and follow up. My issue was unique as it was one of those problems that never happens when they techs are there. Jake did everything he could to ensure what he could find was taken care of. When I called him after hours when the issue reoccurred he gave me directions on a few things to try, rather than leaving me high and dry! Sure enough it resolved my problem and I've been running great so far. Definitely a great company and a business I will use again for sure.

I was well satisfied with the service. Sean was the one who came out, and he was very professional, honest, and thorough. He addressed all my concerns as I have older unit, so he assured me that it was still working as it should. I signed up for yearly service special, so they will be back in spring to check the air conditioning system. Thank you again!

Eric and Luke were very friendly and professional. I wanted to give them 5 stars because they took the time to come out and give me the estimates i needed for a new AC and furnace. Even though i did not purchase a new unit with them, i would still recommend to others. I just happened to find a better deal for a certain model. Still, they were very polite and professional. Hard to find good people with good attitude these days.

They are nice respectful, polite. I have used them for the past 4 years. They text you to let you know they are on there way. I like. I will use them for all my heating and air conditioning problems.

Wonderful customer service!!! Jake was quick to respond and to make the repair! Kind, polite, and efficient. We are new to Kansas and it is hard to find trustworthy companies for home repair, we will definitely use Wichita Heating and Air if anything comes up again. They were great.

Kenny and Casey came out and did our A/C repair. They were super efficient and friendly. They also worked with us to keep the price good on the things that our home warranty didn't cover. I highly recommend them!

I called because the a/c wouldn't stop running. I thought I'd have to wait until the next day for service, but Kenny was at my house shortly after I called and fixed the problem in no time.
