Wichita Heating and Air did a great job installing our heat and air system. They are very friendly, professional and offered great quality service. Their prices are very reasonable and we are never disappointed when they service our A/C for the summer.

I called on a Saturday to leave a message, and got connected to a technician. He was very professional, and scheduled me for the following Tuesday afternoon since i was really only trying to schedule a service appointment. He told me he would call me 15 minutes before he showed. Fast forward to Tuesday....Took off the entirety of Tuesday afternoon from work. No one showed, or called. Tried to call, and got a foreign answering service with a gentleman i could hardly understand. This is the second Derby company to schedule and not show. Ive got 2 companies left in Derby, and all im trying to get is a service appointment. Not even going through a home warranty service.

AC went out over the weekend, I reached out on Monday and Kenny came out the same day and had me up and going again. Awesome communication and professional service, he even reached out for followup to ensure the unit was still running properly. It's hard to find good customer service but I recommend this team!

We just bought a house in Udall and I was really in a bind. I bought a new fireplace insert but could not get the gas hooked up. I left a message with them at 8 PM in the evening and actually got a call back that night , and said they could make it out tomorrow and help me out. They were there 1st thing in the morning and took care of everything and were reasonably priced for such a short notice service call. I would highly recommend this company!

They were quick to respond and the system fixed within an hour. We had been in a series of 100+ degree weather for over two weeks and they were still able to get here within three hours from the phone call. Will definitely call them again!

Our heater quit working when it was 11 degrees. We called the 24 hour service line and we had the heater repaired by 8:30 AM still allowing my wife to get to work on time.
We requested a follow up to verify the thermostat was working correctly and the tech came back no questions asked.
I travel for my job and with the wife home alone knowing there is a company that isn’t only knowledge but also polite and courteous it is added peace for me.
The service we received was very good.

I had a broken evap coil. They were able to source the part quickly even during a shortage of parts. Erik and Dave were easy to work with and did a great job. They got the part changed out and charged up before noon. Everything is running well now and we are ready for 107° tomorrow. Thank you!

We recently setup our annual maintenance plan for our heating and air in our home and had our first Spring Service completed. The guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. They serviced both of our units and did a great job. When we called into their office we were put onto the schedule quickly and the techs arrived on-time and we also received a text when they were in route. It has been a great experience working with them.

Called them during 6 inches of snow and ice because my rental heater stopped working. They answered and got my information immediately. Then a technician returned my call within minutes and responded to my rental property within 5 min. It was an easy fix and they dropped the price because of it. Kenny was very professional. Will use them again.
