I put a service call in via my home warranty company over a very busy holiday weekend, when I called to verify that my request had gone through they were polite, explained why I hadn't heard from them, and offered to have someone come out the next day. The gentleman that came out was very kind and worked with me when we weren't home to meet him the first time he stopped by. I couldn't be more pleased. I've dealt with other companies via home warranty and been very frustrated by the process. The people at Wichita Heating and Air made a stressful situation so much better with their impecible customer service, it's clear they take pride in their work and their company. I was so impressed by the interactions myself and my family had with this company I would gladly call them again.

My furnace quit blowing hot air around 6 AM. I called around 9 AM to see if I could request a service call. Long story short, my furnace was working again by noon. The service technician showed me what the problem was. So professional, so quick and very fair pricing. This is my go to Company for anything heating and air.
I was so happy they came to fix the unit. My mother had been out of air for 3 days and another company said they couldn't do anything for us til Wednesday so thank you for your fast response and fixing us up
I found the $95 service call to be too high. The technician was very nice, but as I stood with him looking at the humidifier, he broke the dampener switch. He did manage to find a replacement that fit, but then he charged me for the part he broke. My final bill was $225 including the $96 part that I originally needed and the $34 (parts total = $130.00) replacement for the part they broke and the 20 minutes he actually spent working on my furnace; but yeah, the technician was informative and friendly. They were here just yesterday, so I can’t say whether or not the repair was good. We’ll probably call someone else next time.

They had a tech out within an hour he had the issue fixed by 8:40pm. He was professional and not full of BS. The call out was just under $200 which I thought was very reasonable. I would recommend and will use in the future.
Sean was very polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be replaced. I felt like he actually cared about the work he was doing and me as a customer. He told me he had only been working with the company a short time but he sounded proud to be a part of the team. I wish him the best with this job.
These guys always go above and beyond! When we sold our old house they found a broken peice that the inspector missed and repaired it in the same visit even though my appointment was only for cleaning. We are currently on the seasonal plan and they have always taken great care of us!
