Called at 8 oclock for service call on AC unit. The gal took my information and told me dispatch would call me to set up an appointment. Never heard from dispatch until 320 in the afternoon, was told it didn't look good for repairs today but they would check tomorrow and see where I was on their priority list and get back to me. That was a week ago and still NO CALL. Guess what, called one of your competitors and they couldn't get here fast enough. Kalins, you will not be allowed on my property again. ADIOS

Luke was great. Called before coming and verified service request. On time, professional, friendly, courteous, and thorough. Explained everything to me so I was comfortable with final decision on repairs. Hope I get him the next time I have a need for service.

Called early morning and was told someone will be contacting you soon. Called back at 11 also told the same thing plus that I on priority. Had another two hrs pass with nothing. Called again saying we'll call u right back with some answers. Called 45 minutes later saying it will have to be an after hr call. Would have cost $250 just to show up. I wouldn't write this up if they would of just told me that they dont have time to do anything from the start. Terrible services

Our air conditioning went out during a week of 90plus degree temps. Kalins helped us choose a new unit and were able to come out fairly quick, even working on Saturday to get everything installed and working again. They also loaned us a portable air conditioner to keep the house somewhat livable while we waited for the parts. Excellent service

Did not have a good experience with this company. Called and made an appointment to have my system checked as I was losing Freon and the lady answering the phones said no probable they would come out and look at all the components and also check for leaks. Bill came out and was good to work with but mentioned it cost 300+ extra to check for leaks. Basically paid for them to tell me what I already knew. I have a leak somewhere. I’m guessing after reading the other reviews the person who answers the phone must be of some relation to company due to multiple complaints and no action taken. Will definitely not recommend.
