The Kalins technician called to let me know when they were coming and arrived within the time he quoted me.. When the technician came, he had a mask and covered his shoes before entering my home. He was courteous and completed the job in a timely manner.

Very personable and professional. Answered all questions. Made sure unit was running properly before leaving... not rushing to leave. Offered good suggestions related to keeping unit running smooth.

Luke was on time, professional and did an excellent job at cleaning out my ac unit when others didn't take the time to do. He was very friendly and interacted with my two little boys that kept asking him questions as he was cleaning out the ac unit. Luke was awesome.
