    Never EVER do business with these people. The person answering their phone is really rude and will not make any notes that you called and their servicemen are completely incompetent. Disregarded our complaints that the $8k Lennox unit they installed was not working correctly. I called over and over again and was told that it wasn't their problem, that something else was obviously causing our bills to be high. Our bills, were nearly $1000 a month in winter. Took me going to the Sioux City Home Show and saying very loudly how they were NOT taking care of our problem despite many MANY attempts to get them out there. So to reiterate, to finally get them to agree to look at the unit it took 2 YEARS after we had been having outrageous bills. Then they "discovered" it was installed wrong. Then had the nerve to say we were LUCKY they didn't charge for their visit. We had paid thousands of dollars in utilities that we should never have paid. They "fixed" it with a new part. But the bills were still outrageous and it wouldn't heat or cool our home correctly. Took a few more months to get them out. Turned out the unit was faulty and had been in emergency heat mode the whole time. They soldered something together to bypass emergency heat all together without our approval, no doubt voiding the Lennox warranty. But despite the "fix", the bills were still completely outrageous. Fast forward to now and the AC can't remotely cool our house and my husband demanded they come out. It turns out they did the last "fix" wrong...and then they CHARGED us to come out to fix THEIR mistake!!!!?!?!?!?!?! They have put us in thousands of dollars of unnecessary debt over the last 3 years over a unit that was no doubt faulty and then compounded the problem by offering shoddy "fixes" that never worked to begin with. I want it gone. PLEASE take this warning to heart, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

    Luke was great! Very personable and engaging. Kept us updated on his progress. Asked if we had any questions and answered them all.
