Kalins Indoor Comfort Heating, Air Conditioning, Fireplaces, Aeroseal Duct Sealing

I don’t typically write reviews unless I feel very strongly about something so here I am. I would not recommend this company to anyone I care about. A/C went out after hours on a Monday so called and left voicemail. Called first thing Tuesday morning and was added to the “priority” list. Called Tuesday afternoon to get an idea of where we were at on the list and they can’t tell us. 4:15pm rolls around and we get a call from dispatch to let us know that they aren’t going to get to us during business hours so if we want to pay $50 more to diagnose the problem, they’ll come after hours, otherwise tomorrow. No, I’m not paying extra because you didn’t make it to us within business hours. Tomorrow noon comes and goes and we haven’t heard anything so we call to figure out if this is going to happen today. Still can’t tell us but reassure us we’re on the “priority” list. We call another company; they can be here within an hour. Call Kalins back to let them know if they can’t come today, we’re going with the other company. It’s 2pm and “dispatch is at lunch but we’ll have him call you when he gets back”. 2 hours later and still no call. In the meantime, DeRocher Heating and Cooling has come out, diagnosed and fixed it. Called Kalins and all they had for us was, “we’ll take you off the list”. I highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to get jerked around for days!

Aaron came over with a young man who is learning the trade. Both of them were very very nice and very professional. Aaron explained all of the diagnostic tests that they did and explained what was the issue. Very thorough. I have heat again!! They were on time and even wore shoe covers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Anthony was very professional and found the problem with my ac quite quickly. And explained the problem. Fixed it and was on his way. Thankful for such efficient service on a hot summer day.

-10 degrees at 11pm at night and furnace goes out. One of the few that answered a phone and thank lord i had Anthony answer. made it to the house in the middle of night/morning and got our heat working! i could not have asked for a more professional/courteous person to speak to on the other end of the phone in the middle of the night. Excellent work/person and will be a return customer of Kalins going forward because of him!

Luke came out after hours on a Friday evening and got our furnace working. I appreciate the friendly attitude which seems to be nearly non-existent these days among vendors. Kalins seems to be several cuts above the rest. Thank you Luke and Happy New Year.

I had them replace my furnace and AC. I like the unit and I can now feel my AC in my bedroom. I'm happy we did it even though the old one was working good. Installers did a great job.

Nick was very good had to park is truck half block from house due to ice carry tools and parts five star service for sure
