Luke did a great job. He showed up on time with a professional demeanor. He explained the problems with our air conditioning and proceeded to get everything done quickly. I was very impressed!

Great job, explained in detail to all that was done and answered all my questions. The guys were very polite and kept their work area clean. They wore coverings on their shoes so as not to track through our home. We really appreciated all their work and follow through.

Luke has been to our house to work on our furnace and fireplace a few times. He’s always friendly, patient, a good communicator and gets everything back in working order again. It’s been nice having the same repair guy a few times because he remembers and knows what’s going on with our house.

Dan did a great job, explained what was happening and even talked to my husband over the phone to tell him how to clean the different parts that need cleaned! He is personable and easy to work with! Very much appreciate him and his work!

Technician, Ryan, came out and from the get-go explained the overall assessment process. Didn't mind I was following him around and was open to answering any questions I had on my system. He made a couple of suggestions for improvement over what I have right now, but not a hard sell (as he indicated, he's a technician, not a salesman). He got the system cooling down my house and left me with the information needed so I can decide whether I want to proceed with a service agreement, additional equipment, or eventually a new system.
