    I have never received worse service or gotten more of a run around. We have AHS insurance and I feel that A&J sales are not truly trying to repair our a.c. unit and are taking advantage of the insurance company.
    We have sat home for service calls on Fri June 2nd, Mon 5th, Tues 6th, Wed 7th, Thurs 8th, and again Fri 9th Nothing has been fixed. Nothing has changed still the same issues. A.C. is still freezing up.
    It is extremely hot we have a very young child at home. I have made 26 calls in 7 Days my husband has made six or seven calls. Nothing we are doing is helping to get this company to take us seriously.
    A&J will not update service reports with the ins company, so we can use another service company or replace our current unit.

    Please please please save yourself the Time, energy, frustration, and discomfort and use anyone else

    Edit because I didn't see the "owner response" until this time, the owner response was a year after my review and service call.

    My response is the owner comment. I am absolutely shocked by the blatant lies and accusations of the owner. Instead of Any kind of apology for a service call gone wrong.

    The claims the owner made are absolutely false and claiming we self sabotaged our own repair is asinine.
    This is so false, we were told multiple times afer service to leave the until off for X amount of hours and then turn it back on and it should work. When we were asked to leave it off overnight we absolutely did.

    One of the 6 calls we had a service tec come in and cut about 18inches off of the HVAC condensation hose. When I came into the utility room my husband was standing there not looking happy I asked the Tec if it would be fixed this time? He said yes. My husband looked irate. After the tec left I asked husband what was going on. He told me he wanted to see the tec would lie to me, and explained that the only thing he had done was to cut the hose.
    I wanted to know why he let them leave and he said call someone else who knows what they're doing.
    At that point we did call a different repair company and had it fixed in one service call.

    This is the company Lowe's hired to fix my washing machine.after the initial service call, I was told parts were ordered.After weeks of hearing nothing from either company I called and no one ever got back to me, several calls later still with no response, Lowe's canceled everything.
    Now I sit with a washing machine that does not work. 1st, don't buy appliances from Lowe's, 2nd, don't use this company for repair work, you won't get anything out of them.

    The currently are in possession of a dishwasher that was supposed to have been installed as a replacement. It has been at their business for well over a month and they don't answer the phone and refuse to return voicemails.

    We have used this junky place in the past and ONLY because home warranty sends them out. They are awful! They are unprofessional, never show up, never actually fix the issue. I would not recommend them to anybody unless you never want your stuff fixed! I am turning them into the BBB as well.

    Had my AC go down over the weekend so I placed a request Sunday afternoon and was contacted right away Monday morning and they said they could come out on the same day. Both Heather and Dave were very nice and courteous. Dave came out and the AC was back up and running in a matter of minutes.

    They came out right away and fixed our washer. He explained everything. Was a good cost and very great job done. Highly recommend.

    I had a technician come to my house to fix a washer that wouldn't spin or fully dry my clothes. He came in with a rude attitude and told my wife there was nothing wrong with the washer. Said he was gonna come back and he never did, so I'm still stuck with a bad machine that never got properly looked at or fixed!!

    I AM REALLY UPSET WITH A & J SALE , THEY ARE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH .
    I had Whirlpool warranty called A & J SALES to come out and look at my dyer,, the tech arrived at my house, came in, and did not have any butties to put on over his muddy shoes, so i asked him to take his shoes off,, and i toke him downstairs to the dryer, told him what was wrong with it, and he said OK, let me go to my truck get the stuff and all be back, so he goes to his truck sits their, for 20 minutes and then just leaves with out saying anything.. then his boos calls me and tells me that the tech told him that i did not let him in the house. i was shocked to hear that from his boos that hes employees is lying to him and he is not even hearing me.
    i keep explaining to his boos what he did and his boos is yelling at me for no reason,,,, with out even hearing me out.. this people is outrageous. i would never want A & J SALE TO PREFORM ANY SERVICE, the way they do there service.. i want everyone to know what kind of people and company this is..
