A&J Sales & Service

A&J Sales is a fraudulent company. I have a Lowe's warranty and they were the assigned subcontractor. My dishwasher went down and I sat without a dishwasher for a month while I was told the parts were on backorder. Come to find out A&J closed my ticket, claiming my dishwasher was fixed and working! They got paid for 2 service calls and parts even though they only came to my house once.

The installer’s were very knowledgeable!

This company is absolute crooked and dishonest. This should be obvious if you look at the other reviews. They tried for two months to fix a dishwasher, failed to do so, then left it leaking all of the floor causing extensive damage to a hard-wood. They are now saying it is our fault and will do nothing to remedy the situation. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

After three weeks waiting for parts , I finally hear from them... Aand J called back and set up appointment.. to replace parts guess what nobody showed up, I called back and they don’t even have a clue .. who set up appointment ..now They gave me a date for three days later ... now i have to wait three more days, and don’t even know if they are going to be here ...
