O'Connor Heating & Cooling

They installed new central AC 4 years ago. 2 years later a leak developed. They fixed it and no charge. It has a 10 year warranty. Now 2 years later another leak and got it fixed but was charged 350 to fix. Should still have been under warranty so I'm not happy with this outcome. It would have been a 5 star review if this didn't happen. We've been customers for several years and this is first time we were extremely disappointed

I would highly recommend these guys, they were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, did an exceptional job installing our AC, furnace and a new water heater. Also very reasonable for all they did for us. Thank you for doing an exceptional job!!

Another company came and estimated approximately $9k, and O’Connor came today and fixed it for under $200. I’m a forever client!

Pat and his crew installed a new system in our home, and a small unit in our family room addition. They did a great job, cleaned up after them selves and we are very happy with our new system. We had to call for a minor service call during the cold snap and Pat came out and addressed it right away. Great company to do business with!

I was referred to call her by a Couple of Friends. My heater died completely after 26 years. (It was Extremely cold the end of March when I woke up my house was 57, so after recommendation’s I called Pat. ) Within the hour he came to my home which was on the other side of town. He gave me a estimate and I hired him, he said the Soonest I could get a furnace would be the next morning which was great! In the meantime he brought over space heaters (Good Safe ones until he got my furnace in) Pat is very honest & Kind. The workers did a wonderful job & explaining everything to me and my husband. They were all nice and cleaned up after themselves. From now on in the future if I ever need anything done I will be call This Company. Their prices are reasonable! Came to my residence the day that my furnace stopped working when other heating companies wouldn't. Others said it would take two days for someone to come out. I couldn't have that with kids being here and in the dead of winter on a very cold day! So I googled "heating and cooling sioux city" and O'Connor was the first to pop up, so I gave it a shot, I'm so glad I did. He got it working right away and only charged me for the service and said if it stops working again, to give them a call and they will back up the other heating companies warranties. 10/10 would recommend 💯 👍

I am 70 years old and in a back brace and everything they did was fully explained to me and in a very polite manner!!!

The owner didn’t give me price. I give full details on what was going on with heater. Heater was working before technician arrived. Just when technician arrived 15 minutes later charged hundred & thirty dollars. Your pricing should base on what the actual problem going. Not what you feels like charging customers
