I loved the employees who came out to do the repair! They were very respectful and knowledgeable on their craftsmanship! However, I didn’t expect that it would take over one month to repair the dishwasher. I understand they had to order certain parts, but A month and a half to receive a part is a bit much for me. There is a small crack on my dishwasher lid that wasn’t there prior but employee said it wouldn’t affect it, picture on bottom to reference what I’m talking about. This is a brand new dishwasher no more than 2 years old. I’m grateful for the two service men who came out and repaired my device!
Brand new dryer gets too warm & trips circuit breaker. Thoroughly checked dryer electrical wiring as OK. Advised dryer vent hose is too long for space provided & is crimped into too tight of turns. Advised shorten vent hose for less tight turns & space unit farther from wall. Technician was pleasant, listened to concerns & questions, freely gave professional advice & personal tips. Well done & thanks!
Rodrigo was great! Extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the problem to me. He wasn’t sure the problem diagnosed was actually what was wrong with our washing machine and he brought a different part with him just in case. He ended up being right, but was prepared with the needed part and was able to get it fixed quickly. Highly recommend Rodrigo!
Rodrigo was the first tech they sent out to detect what was wrong with my dryer and Devon was the one who came out the second time and replaced the part, both very kind and respectful!!! Thank you guys for getting the dryer up and running again much appreciated!!! Keep up the good work!!! You guys rock!!!
DO NOT HIRE THIS RINKY DINK COMPANY!!This is a less than competent company! They have Mia diagnosed two appliances in my home, one which was my dishwasher that was not pumping out the water and eventually ran out the bottom and flooded my kitchen and basement! Had to do an insurance claim! These people don’t deserve a star, American Homeshield uses this company to do service calls as part of their home warranty for appliances! On top of it the gal behind the front desk is not an easy woman to deal with, if these people had the problems in their homes they would not hire themselves!
The tech was friendly, respectful, and professional. He repaired our refrigerator on a Friday , defrosted it , and had it back in working condition . He was awesome , thank you Rodrigo!!
I am completely disappointed! Very disappointed! In all areas, workman, customer service, responsiveness, etc:: I am still waiting on repairs after 2 months. Just totally unexceptable
This company is very difficult to work with. They often will be a middle-man facilitator in terms of their servicing and they often leave questions unanswered, take days to follow-up and more.
This company failed to finish a job that was paid for ( by a third party ). I reported an issue to this company and it took them several days to finally get someone out, they communicated almost nothing on this visit ( timeframe, etc. ). During this visit they sent a non-HVAC person to simple confirm what the reported issue already was. Fast-forward about a week and they are switching things around on their end in terms of their companies they are working with, even communication with the original contractors and they communicate non of this to the clients they are working with, in this case myself.
You will have to reach out to them multiple times to get information and often you will get no information. As status updates and change requests happen in your service ticket they will not inform you of this unless you actively reach out and ask for information. Then once you are conversing with someone the person on the phone is difficult to work with, not kind and is not empathetic at all regarding issues caused by themselves.
Additionally when I came to see their work it was suspected that their job was not complete as they left cardboard, half cut PVC, cut wires and much more. ( image is attached to show this ) I filled up a 33 gallon trash bag of the scraps they left behind. In this pic you can also see they did not level the AC units.
They later informed us that an employee decided to walk off the jobsite and they did not finish the original job. But they also made no effort to finish the job, additionally did not communicate this to the property owner.
Very disappointed in this company, both in terms of the work they perform and certainly their customer relations, very low quality servicing in nearly every aspect.
Frigidaire send these guys out to fix our deep freeze. I know it was a warranty call, but the first guy COMPLETELY diagnosed the problem WRONG and ordered us a new seal for the freezer. So after he receives the seal he let it sit in his car overnight so it was too frozen to install for the next service call. Our freezer was still not fixed and Frigidaire sent them out again for that technician to basically say that guy didn't know what he was doing. They have re installed part after part in our freezer and refuse to help us. They do not return calls. Yes they are sent out by another company but their service is AWFUL in turn making us have to have the company keep sending them out! Not to mention we had another repair company come out to find out that A and J had installed all our parts incorrectly.
