Brian came over at the end of the day when our air went out, and worked from 8:00 to 10:00pm trying to get our unit working. He came back the next morning to try one last time - and when that didn't work, he worked Saturday of a holiday weekend to install a new unit. Brian and his daughter worked tirelessly to get us up and running again. Highly recommend.

Not responsive to calls, had to reschedule 3 times, no heat in my house after he came out and looked finally after 3 rescheduled and showing up 6hrs later than time scheduled said he would be back with parts another day and to contact him, been trying to contact for 4 days and I can't even get a response from his cell or business

Review is based on my tries to contact and keep in touch, I do not feel the compassion I showed for the constant rescheduling was worth having to go without heat in my home with a child, my situation was explained to before coming out and when there we did speak on things getting put to code and done safely, my poor review is due to the attempts to contact for 4 days and never hearing back and Temps getting below freezing and as I said, child in home. I did wat was asked and got things up to date wen he asked me to do so before he came back out and when I tried to contact him I could not get ahold of them at all and never got a call back on messages left to even communicate about the job I hired to have done. Angry responses about poor reviews is also not good to have in a business, as I said my review is based on the lack of contacting and keeping me updated and communicating more on the project of converting.

I had Brian and his team install new ac and add zones to my hvac system. I'm extremely happy with everything. Its older house so took some customizing to add zones but everything works great. Everything was very thought out and Brian explained everything they had to do through whole process. I highly recommend Mt. Vernon Heating & Cooling for quality of work and great customer service.

This place was absolutely wonderful! They came and fixed my old furnace that I thought was a goner. I didn’t have to wait on a super long waiting list like most places I called. The pricing was very affordable and they were all super friendly. I highly recommend and I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they did!

In the process of refinancing my home and needed to get my AC/heating repaired. Couldn't find a place that would help due to the cooler temperatures, but was able to get this company to come to my rescue! I am very thankful to Brian and crew, and will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Brian's technician Izzy, found a problem with our AC unit on our annual spring tune up. Decided our best option was replacement. Proved to be correct as we scheduled the work and the unit died a couple of days before, during the only Hot Hot Hot stretch of the summer. When I checked on the guys to see how things were going I noticed they had leveled the pad for the unit. Didn't ask or look for extras just pointed out that it need to be done for a proper installation. Polite, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any questions, personal or professional. Also handled a plumbing problem while they were here to avoid a service call. Would recommend them to anyone and be very comfortable doing so. Izzy is awesome. Thanks all.
Cool again in Mt. Vernon

Brian is one of the few most honest Business Owner's around. He saved me a few thousand dollars by telling me my air conditioning unit is working in proper manner! I will recommend Mount Vernon Heating and Cooling to everyone!

Giving up weekends to help others in a time of need is a tough sacrifice that most self-employed contractors will not do. That is not the case for Brian with Mount Vernon Heating and Air.

I called him late Saturday afternoon with a blown capacitor and he was here Sunday morning to change it out for me. He answered on the first call, was in and out in under 15 minutes, and charged me normal time instead of weekend rates!

Brian was very quick in helping me to get a new A.C unit. Very quick response from start to finish and has been amazing at following up to make sure it is working as needed. Very professional. Will def use again.

I'm very pleased with my new furnace installed by Mt. Vernon heating and cooling.They showed up on time and with in a reasonable amount of time had my new furnace installed.
