I called Indianola Mechanical to inquire about having my broken furnace repaired. Kayla was able to have Dan take a look at my furnace just hours after I called. Dan was incredibly professional, on time and explained everything he was doing to diagnose the problem. He was able to determine the motor had failed. We discussed price and pros/cons of complete furnace replacement vs motor replacement . Dan was straightforward with what he thought was my best and most affordable option. With his help I decided to go with a new motor. Dan had the new motor ordered and installed within the hour. Indianola Mechanical is top notch and will be my go to heating and cooling service going forward. I can’t recommend their team enough!

Our air conditioner stopped working and I requested an appt online and someone came out the next day. They were quick to respond to any all questions we had moving forward and were able to install a new AC for us that week. We would highly recommend them and will do business with them again.

Our furnace stopped working early on a Saturday morning when it the outside temperature was in the 20's outside. It was getting very cold inside.

I called their service and received an immediate response. The service individual, Shaun, was at my house within 15 minutes. About an hour later all was working as it should and after a few weeks it is doing just fine.

I highly recommend Indianola Mechanical. I have used them for A/C repair, furnace maintenance, and plumbing. They are always able to get to me quickly, arrive when they say they will, and are always professional. Can't say enough good things about them. We were having issues with our furnace, so we called Indianola Mechanical. They came and looked at our furnace and provided us with all options which included just getting a new part or replacing the entire furnace. Due to the age of our unit, we opted to get a new one. They were able to schedule installation relatively soon. The new furnace only took a day to install. The installer was very friendly and knowledgeable and when he left, the area was cleaner than when he arrived. A few days later, we noticed some leaking around our new furnace. My husband called the company and advised of the situation. They arrived later that same day to assess the situation. The leak was not due to any fault of the installation process and was something with the design that they were able to fix. Two days later, we received a call that they were in the area and wanted to just double check the furnace to make sure it was not leaking and that it was still working ok. There were no further leaks, and the furnace has been working great. We are very impressed with the customer service provided to us during installation and especially after in dealing with the unexpected leak.

I can’t recommend Indianola Mechanical enough! After our furnace stopped working, Carl worked us in quickly to get our heat back up and running during the winter. Carl and Sean were very respectful and courteous of our home, keeping it clean while they installed a new furnace and AC. They also communicated very well with us so we were in the loop the whole time. We will be using them again in the future.

Love this company out of Indianola. They've proven they're honest in prices and fixing what is needed and only whats needed. We bought a new hearing and Ac unit at different times over the last year. Financing was easy and LOVE how they call me to remind me it's time to schedule routine maintenance.

We always call Indianola Mechanical when we have furnas, AC or water heater issues. Every technician we've had come check something out has been professional, friendly, answer any questions we have and give us options for the needed repair. They arrive when they say they will and fix whatever issue we are having as quickly as they can, even after regular business hours. We have called them for big and little problems and their service is always excellent! We highly recommend them!!
