Indianola Mechanical

We have had an annual issue with our furnace for the last couple of years. The same company would come out, give us some story about how we would have to stand on one foot, pat our head and rub our stomach for it to work right. This year we used Indianola Mechanical. We submitted a request on their website, super easy, and first thing the next morning we received a call to set up a time that day for a technician to come out. Alex our technician called us to let us know that he was on our way, showed up on time wearing a mask and covered his boots to keep our floors clean. He then took some time to talk to us about what our issue was and asked questions, something the other company would never do. He then inspected the furnace and explained what he was seeing and what is diagnosis was in an understandable way. After doing his work and cleaning up he told us that if we had any issues to make sure to call him and let him know. He explained what to look for if there were any more problems. Our experience with Alex and Indianola Mechanical should get more than five stars, this was our first time calling them and if we have any other issues that they can take care of they will be my only call.

Every one of the techs they have sent out have been very professional and they don’t try to sell us a bunch of stuff we don’t need.

My furnace broke and they came out on Christmas Day and got it fixed for a very reasonable price. Great company and will be using them again!

We had Indianola Mechanical come out and bid an install of a mini split and liked them so much we went with them. They were competitive on price and spent the time we needed to come up with the right solution. They've were awesome to work with during the install and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the service we got. Will definitely be working with them again.

We woke up to a non heating furnace and after I did some stuff myself I decided to call around. These guys said they could fit me in next on their schedule, so I was happy to get service right away. Alex came out and spent about an hour trying to figure out what was up with it. I like to learn about stuff so he was nice enough to talk me through a lot of it and share what he was doing. He ended up getting it working without needing any parts. I would use these guys again, thanks for the good service.

Our A/C went out over a long holiday weekend. We called Indianola Mechanical first thing Tuesday morning. They came out, gave us the price to fix the issue and pricing to replace the system. By the end of the week we had a new furnace, A/C, and water heater. Their prices were fair, they were professional and pleasant, and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I plan to use them for all future HVAC and plumbing needs!

Professional service. Prompt and I've been happy with their service. Bought furnace, air and currently using for plumbing and water softener. MUCH more professional and cost effective than the "chain" company that we used and bought an "annual membership" with that has literally saved us nothing in 6 mos "owning" it.

The team was on time, efficient and professional. They removed an old fiberglass shower and installed a new one within a couple hours. I would strongly recommend using them.
