Indianola Mechanical

Had a hot water heater installed that has lasted 2 years,now does not work at all. Pretty sure the warranty is used up on this one. In need of another new one. Trying my luck with another company. The only reason I gave them one star was so I could post this.

Impressed with the service and professionalism of both Alex and Brian whom installed our new Furnace and AC! They worked together to get the job completed in a timely manner. Both wore proper PPE and ran diagnostics on the unit prior to completing ensuring that the unit was running properly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an install or service work.

Chose Indianola Mechanical to do a complete overhaul of our home's nightmare of a plumbing, which included installing non-existent venting, new freeze-less silcocks, and running new gas lines to the laundry and kitchen. Very happy with the service. The owner, Dan, was very personable and communicative both during the walkthrough and afterward. He listened, took the time to explain things when I asked questions, and walked through his thought process on the job with me so I would know what to expect. The installers that came out, Derrick (Derek? Not sure. Sorry bud.) and Luke were extremely friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. Dan originally quoted it as being a 2 day job, but the installers got it done in a single day which was very impressive. The new plumbing looks great, and now I don't have to worry about the lack of venting. Will likely come back to them when we decide to replace our water heater and ac/furnace.

I was recommended this place based on their honesty and trustworthiness and I couldn’t agree more after my experience - we need more companies like this that do what’s right for the customer. I was almost taken by a larger HVAC company for almost $1800 for a fix that wasn’t guaranteed to work or $9500 on an all-new system when my current one is 7 years old. Getting this second opinion gave me a $150 fix and if I needed anything else they would be happy to help – For what its worth they could do the same $1800 work for $375. I couldn’t be happier with how well I was treated. Not only did they go out of their service area to help me but they did it in a timely fashion – next day. Was referred to this company by HSA after a pipe burst in our wall. This was the only one that could make it out within the week. Matt was very professional and fixed it very quickly. Was very impressed with this company. A++

I called this company and they had someone fix my hot water heater within 6 hours of the phone call. I didn't have to take off work to meet them there and will bill me. They were the only company out of 5 I called that cared I didn't have hot water and didn't expect me to wait 4 business days for an appointment. This is my new go to company!
