They are always friendly and professional. They leave everything very neat and clean. Had a new Ruud AC and heating system installed last year. Outstanding job at a great price! Definitely the best. I always recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Brian and C.J. did a wonderful job installing my new ac and furnace. They also fixed my leaking water valve in the basement! They were both very polite and respectful. They explained and showed me everything that was done before they left. Everything is working great! Also, the ladies in the office were wonderful as well in the process of getting this all set up. Dan and Steven were also very professional and kind when they came out to give us a quote. All the way around it was a great experience.

Installed new boiler, water heater and water softener this summer, following my specific requests for placement and installation. Great crew, took time to listen to my requests, friendly, non-smokers, cleaned up after themselves. Very good about calling first to let me know when they are arriving.

When our A/C went out on one of our hottest summer days this year, Indianola Mechanical was the first to call me back and quickest to come out. Unfortunately we were looking at a full replacement, but we are so thankful they were able to work us into their busy schedule so we could have cool air as soon as possible. The installers were professional and did a good job. I would recommend this company.

I had been struggling with another heating and cooling company that had sent guys out 6 to 8 times charging me along the way even though they never figured anything out. So I called Indianola Mechanical and they sent out Brian Weatherly promptly and within 30 minutes at my house he had the problem diagnosed and turned out he was right and my furnace has run great ever since! Couldn’t b happier 😁 They have a new lifetime customer 💪

Our AC was not working and the temps were in the 90s. I called Indianola Mechanical based on other reviews and I was very pleased with the service we received. Dan, the owner, came out to assess what was wrong and since our AC unit was 21 years old, we opted for a brand new unit to be installed. They bumped us up in their schedule due to the horribly high temps. Our AC was installed within 2 days of the initial service call. Everyone was wonderful from the ladies in the office to the installers and the owner. We are beyond grateful for their conscious efforts to get us taken care of so quickly. Will definitely use them for any other needs in the future!

Our central air stopped working on a Friday and we contacted them on Monday morning, and we got our new central air on Thursday. They were a Godsend, our air quit on the hottest day of the year so far. They were prompt, professional, explained everything in layman's terms and did a fantastic job! We always love to support our local businesses, and we definitely recommend them!!!
