Indianola Mechanical

Indianola Mechanical replaced both the water heater and the furnace in my home this year. They covered all the bases to make sure the warranty on the old furnace was in place to cut the cost of the new furnace.

Indianola Mechanical is a phenomenal company! I had to replace my furnace and my AC, and I was nervous about the amount of money it would cost. Dan gave me a good deal, and walked me through the entire process. Jackie had the technicians bring me coffee, the techs answered all of my questions. Every single person I interacted with made me feel like an insanely valued customer. Especially Jackie and Dan. They will have my business from here on out, and will be my recommendation 10/10 times.

This company is as close to perfection as they come in all areas. The company I work for had a new control system put in for the heated floors in our warehouse. Bryan and Kenny were doing the installation and they were so very kind and polite. They answered any questions we had so that we knew where they were in the process. Their service is very affordable and the quality of their work is superb. The owner himself was out on this job twice, once to trouble shoot the issues of the old system (which was shot, and had been for some time) and a second to check in and see the progress the guys were making. On the second visit he (Dan) brought another one of his employees (Jackie) so she is able to see and be educated to all aspects of the business. She was also very kind and polite. Wow you don't see that kind of personal service and manners much these days. I will personally be utilizing their services in the future.

Being a self employed finish carpenter, I spend lot of time inside the home.

I have met many tradesmen, a recent project, as I worked near by, could hear the conversation.

I was so impressed by way the 2 employees were courteous, the lead, he presented the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem to the homeowner I was impressed.

I even called the company To make sure the 2 employees were recognized.

I followed up in person, after meeting Dan Hodges the owner /founder even he was not like the other established companies I have worked around.
His ideas, future plans, the training he provides his young company will be a strong contender in the HVAC and plumbing industry.

Water heater was not working. I called and they had a service tech out within 15 minutes. They have the best techs and are always quick to respond.

Our furnace quit on a really cold Sunday night. After hours and on a weekend. January in Iowa you do not want your furnace down! IM responded practically immediately with a phone call, were at our home within an hour and had the part needed the following day. We did not even go twelve hours without heat. Carl and Zack were professional and so friendly. IM also took care of my 83 year old mom when she needed hers replaced less than a month ago. They were so good to her and trustworthy. I highly recommend IM and will call them in the future for any furnace/AC needs.

They did a great job working on our house. The workers were on time and very easy to work with. We were and still are very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend them for any maintenance and repairs needed in your home.

Owner came out on a Sunday to help fix my furnace that wasn't working. Super nice and quick turnaround time.

Our system broke down in the night and the owner himself came to help us as soon as he was able! So friendly and kind! I also called them for my mom and they came right away! I recommend them to ANYONE! Best company by far!!!
