I wasn't getting any heat in my home. I called Metro Heating and Cooling. They sent Nick out to help me. He was very professional. He explained why I wasn't getting heat. He also explained several other things that needed to have attention. He fixed my problem. I am very happy with their service.

Tech did an excellent job with removing the screens on my Lennox AC unit. He scrubbed and cleaned all the dirt and grime from the last year.

The technicians are always honest and don't try to upsell on things. They may not be the cheapest, but their prices are fair.

Metro was so helpful in repairing our furnace’s blower motor! They fixed what the people who worked on it for the previous owners had done a careless job on(let’s just say it’s a miracle our house didn’t burn down). Our repairman Paul was so nice and helpful! He went above and beyond-even labeling our breakers for us since they weren’t labeled clearly.

They able to come right out. Nick is my tech and he is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He access the problem, fixed it checked everything over. Had them out to clean and check furnace for winter. Was very thorough to make sure furnace was ready for winter.

Technician is professional and courteous. I had a couple questions he took his time to answer and allowed for follow ups. Appreciate his attentiveness to his work including his ability to address my concerns.

I called this afternoon and they had one of there technicians responded within a few hours.
He fixed my issue "plug drain trap" went through my furnace to make sure there were know other issue.
Tyler was very professional and respectful.
I have used Metro on several different occasions in the past.
And they have always treated me right.
My friends and family use these guys and each one was always very satisfied with there service.
