Exceptional service, as a retired person, it is important to me that when I need something done, I need a professional. Two reasons that is important to me is: 1) I'd rather pay for getting something done right the first time, than to get something poorly done and have to pay twice as much. 2) Tony was awesome, I asked if I could watch him perform the diagnosis of my HVAC system, not to badger him but to learn something. Tony did not disappoint and encouraged me to watch him, and he answered my questions, and explained things to me. I learned so much from Tony, and would encourage anyone to go with this business. Northwest is excellent, and I don't say it lightly!!

Tony came out over the holiday weekend to repair our AC and thanks to him, we are now back in business! Tony was professional and courteous and he made sure I was well-informed of the costs and recommendations for our system. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any repairs or new installs!

Shane came out to repair a leaking pipe. He was on time, polite and personable, and cleaned up the mess before he left. I would definitely call Northwest again. Thank you!

Wes was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was quick with his work, cleaning up after service and also was great at giving me pointers on what I could do to improve my HVAC needs and equipment that would benefit me cost and efficiency wise. Highly recommend him and Northwest !

Tony was a pleasure to work with. On time, professional, thorough, worked quickly. Clearly explained condition of furnace (which was fine for older unit) and availability of replacement when needed. We've done business with NW for 10+ years and are satisfied with their ongoing performance.

I previously had another company to my house 5 times for my furnace. They never fixed the problem. Wes came in and saw what they had missed and did what they should have done. It seems to have done the trick. He was absolutely professional and knowledgeable.

Everything was explained step by step including pricing. Shame was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions.
