Tony was very pleasant and thorough. He kept us informed as to the condition of our air conditioning system and discussed options as to replacing a part vs the whole system. We decided to replace the parts.

I wanted to upgrade my house to central AC. I saw on Google Reviews that the company Northwest Plumbing & Heating & AC had pretty good reviews. I called them, set an appointment and 2 weeks later they were at my hose ready to install the new AC and heater.

Tony and another lady (I can't remember her name) were kind and professional. They are hard workers. They arrived at my house at 7 a.m. and left at 6 p.m. They did not take a lunch break or any kind of break. They did not stop working until the job was done.

After everything was installed, they cleaned up the area they were working in, I gave them a check, they said thank you and left. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system.

Tony was professionally. He inspected the furnace unit and found one part needing replacement. He explained the scope of the work and provided pricing. I felt confident in his opinion and work

We had a new furnace and central air unit installed. Everything way on time and exactly what I was told I would pay. Tony E. Installed the air conditioner and he was very professional, courteous and friendly. I have had many service people in the past and he was by far the best! Scheduled an appointment for a quote week in advance, took an unpaid day from work.
Didn’t call till after 2 pm to say they wanted to reschedule for next week. I explained the scope of work when I made appointment and they said today over the phone that couldn’t be done today unless I wanted to pay emergency fee because of the late hour. I scheduled this appointment so I shouldn’t be charged an emergency fee because they couldn’t make it out when they said they would! Won’t use them for actual job and would not recommend them!

On 8/12 I contacted the company and they sent someone because the ac system had stopped working. He told me there was a leak somewhere (did not say where, how big) I could recharge the AC for $450 but no guarantee would leak again immediately or pay $710 so they would diagnose where the leak was coming from and recharge the system. Also if the leak would be from coil would be over $1000 repair.
Called a different company and they charged me $199 for diagnose and repair. All done.

Today on 8/22 their manager called me and we talked over about my issue. He offered to give me a refund for the amount I had paid. So I have to say they took care of the situation .

Shane was very polite and friendly. He found the issue with my old water heater and gave me the options to move forward. I elected for a new one, and he was able to go get what he needed for the new install and was back at my home in a little over an hour. Next thing I knew, he was done! My only complaint is that my new water heater had 2 deep scratch/dents in it caused by the dolly Shane was given to use to haul the water heater. I realize the unit won't be seen by anyone, but when you pay that much for something, it should look brand new. I would recommend new dollies for this purpose. Other than that, I'm very happy with the service! And Shane even left my floor cleaner than he found it!

Kristin got our leak fixed. Did a fix to get the toilet to fill faster for a reasonable price.
