Wes, Nathan and Brennan were amazing. They kept me updated on how progress was going. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work space was meticulous when they left. Nathan walked me around to the new furnace, air, and thermostat to be sure I knew what was done and how to use it. Wes discussed with me the need of a followup and explained thoroughly the reasoning. I am very happy I chose NW Heating and Plumbing.

We hired Northwest to fix an issue another plumbing company couldn’t get right. They showed up on time, we’re very polite and completed the job efficiently and with care. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend. We will be using them from now on.

Kirsten called half hour prior to her arrival. very professional, courteous and exact with her arrival time.
When she arrived she went through procedures of detecting and fixing the problem. Very polite and well spoken while doing so.
Once problem was detected, she did a courteous job of explaining why the problem happened, not just that it was a problem and explained it in general terms. I personally know very little about plumbing, found it nice that it was explained in terms that I could understand. Once I agreed upon the repairs, Kirsten was quick to call for supplies and begin the project. The repair were done in a timely manner and at price quoted. I was very happy with the procedure.

Kirsten had to come out twice because our problem turned out to be bigger than we anticipated and I was so glad when I found out she was going to be the one to help us a second time. She was honest and seemed very knowledgeable, and she wanted us to get the best value for our money while making sure we were setup as well as possible. Her customer service was stellar as well!

Nate is a great representative of your business. He was thorough and worked quickly. He asked several times if we had any questions and wanted us to understand about the temperature of the three hot water. He took great care of our carpets on a snowy day, always wearing shot covers and laying down runners for the two wheeler. We enjoyed having him in our home.

We had Kirsten out to our house in Eldridge for a toilet issue. She came in and went through all the steps she would be taking to address the situation and steps for resolving it. First, I will say how refreshing it is to see a female in this line of work. Second, I will say she is one tough gal for how hard she had to work and crank that drain snake to clear the pipe. She was extremely professional, a very hard worker, knowledgeable in her field, easy to chat with, all around a great person! This company would be at a great loss if she ever left! Anytime I need to call for services, I will be specifically requesting her to address our issue. Thank you, Kirsten for your hard work and knowledge! You got a customer for life!

Plumbing issues are never something anyone wants to deal with, but Shane made this process so much easier than it could have been. He was polite, kind, helpful and so friendly. He checked with us before everything he did, he was careful in our home and made sure we were OK with what ever he was needing to do. Once he detected the issue he was quick about getting it repaired and cleaned up once he was all done. We highly recommend Shane and this company. I hope we won't be having issues again anytime soon but if we do we know who to call.

The owner was friendly enough but the problem was never really fixed and my plumbing was still draining very slowly. It almost sounded like an inconvenience for him to come out so I didn’t want to call him back and instead went with someone else. The problem just sounded bigger than what he was able to fix and he still charged a big amount for it not to be fixed.

Kirsten did a great job installing a shut off valve on the main water line coming into the house. I wasn't completely thrilled that my $450 quote was for 1.5 hours of work that only took 30 mins to fix but my final price stayed the same. So after taxes it cost me $480 for a 30 min job.

The service agent showed up within the timeline quoted, called ahead with a 15 minute "heads-up", was cheerful and professional when he arrived. He thoroughly explained the service, what was done to facilitate the repair, showed us photos and video of the repair. We feel the pricing is fair, and use a service contract to lower the costs each year because we use them for plumbing, heating and cooling services. We highly recommend their service.
